Hi, I don't know if anyone can help me.

I've got a Humax Foxsat HDR and for the past few months if I pause live TV and then press play to resume again the programme has subtitles come up, even though I haven't switched them on.

I don't think I've pressed anything by mistake and it never used to do this. Does anyone know how I can get rid of them?

It is a long-standing, known issue. Press the Back button to clear them when it happens.

You are supposed to be able to stop it happening permanently if you turn subtitles on then off in the settings but you have to do this channel by channel and it does not seem to work for me.
