Can't connect to Netflix - because I've done the Taste Profile?
Since last night I haven't been able to get on Netflix on my Smart TV. It was working up to about 7pm. Then I decided to set up my Taste Profile online, which took forever because there so many categories to go through. Now I keep getting the unable to connect to Netflix error on the TV.
I have switched off TV and router overnight but it's still not working. There's nothing wrong with the connection because iPlayer works. So I wonder whether because I've done the taste profile it makes it take longer for it to calculate what categories to give me but after a while it just gives up? Does that make sense to anyone? I don't know how to reset my preferences
