I think it's because the scoring numbers are strategic, to get rid of or keep who they want to, and decided ahead of time. Like when they gave Matt di Angelo an 8 when he forgot his dance and went and sat on the steps (had to keep him in, get rid of Gethin, so Alesha could win) - but that's just one example - I think they do this kind of pre-arranged planned numbers all the time.

Spot on - robotic and stiff, I didn't feel it had real drama at all, oddly cold, bit of a stiff winde up toy sort of effect going on.
