How many couples have a rapport at the moment? Mark and Karen have a fairly good one but that's it. Very, very few can build a rapport in two weeks considering they've just gotten to know each other even if they are getting on well.
Even if she and Gregg don't have rapport, this works both ways. It takes two to tango if you'll excuse the pun and Gregg has to put in too.
Aliona was accused of not liking Tony, not making an effort, having no rapport with him and look at how wrong that was.
I do agree that Judy and Scott were worse but I don't think Aliona had to take Gregg far to ensure a place next year. She is paid to teach Gregg to dance to the best of her ability, not be his BFF. If you become friends with the one you dance with, fantastic and it's always nice to see but if Aliona's job is in danger (and I'm not saying it is), it won't be because of this.
As is the same with everyone, she and the BBC will sit down and discuss next year when the time is right.
