Jake got marks for his lifts. It was clear as day that both Pixie and especially, Frankie out danced him....

Colin Jackson's quickstep is still the best week 2 dance for me. By a distance.
Mind you, I do have a little shrine to Colin and Erin in my bedroom. I burn muppet dolls dressed in tuxedos on it.

Jake's salsa tonight was sensational & those lifts! . But I have to pick Sophie's Charleston as I was lucky enough to be there that night & it blew the roof off.

Austin's jive. Forever robbed!

(actually Colin's QS was the best technically)

I made them myself. I have hundreds. I keep them in a box in a large cupboard next to another box full of Darren Gough dolls (also home made) and a lot of pins.
My therapist said this was unhealthy so I made another box full of dolls that looked like her. She confiscated these though.

I wouldn't say by a distance but certainly the best week two...and from a sportsperson...not am actor/performer type.

Sophie's Charleston was stunning and suited her so well, it was a crying shame we didn't get to see it again in week 12 for the final.
Yes she was far better than Susanna Reid.

I genuinely believe that Sophie & Brendan would have won last year, had they done the "reprise a dance" before the vote freeze that eliminated them. That dance was an absolute showstopper.

Yes, shame on Janette for putting in 3 time wasting lifts when Jake is such a good mover .

Pixie was better with such a beautifully executed waltz .

That QS was the first thing that came to mind when I saw the thread title. And the burning dolls thing is totally normal, don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

Have you got a link? Mine has gone and I can't find another

I agree, it was easily good enough for the final. Jake and Janette blew everyone else out of the water this week.
