For me its Pepsi Max, a little addicted to it! Coke Zero to me is just vile

Coke Zero

Coke Zero is an inferior product. A poor knock off of the almighty Pepsi Max that came 13 years too late.

I used to be very obsessed with diet drinks so I try not to have them to tempt myself, but whenever I have Pepsi Max it seems to be so nice compared to the other diet drinks. It has a nice balance of sweetness but not too much.

Quite like a Pepsi Max, don't drink it very often though.
Fizzy juice of choice would be Diet Irn Bru, again, don't drink that very often either.

I like them both but probably Pepsi Max for me.

I like both but since Coke has only started doing those 1.75l bottles I tend to buy Pepsi Max as it's usually the same price for a 2l bottle. You barely get three glasses out of the 1.75 bottles, they're terrible!

I find that the 2l bottles of Pepsi Max are usually on offer for a quid in the main supermarkets.

Never tried Coke Zero but I find that the lingering sweet aftertaste from Pepsi Max makes me want to gag.

Never liked Pepsi Max, and I thought I would hate Coke Zero but I think it's great.

Pepsi Max by some margin. Coke Zero tastes slightly metallic to me.

I can never understand why some people prefer a product that is completely inferior to its nearest rival . . .



Thankfully others have much better taste and prefer what is totally superior product in every way . . .


Even most of the supermarket own-brand cheap knock-offs of Pepsi Max taste better than Coke Zero.

Neither. Both are pretty rank. Although worse then them is Cherry Cola. Yuck

You seem to be struggling with the fact that some people have different tastes to you.

Everyone has different tastes. The fact of the matter is that some people prefer the inferior product - Coke Zero.

I prefer the vastly superior product - Pepsi Max.

Your first sentence contradicts itself. You only think it's superior because you prefer the taste.

If Coke Zero had been introduced before Pepsi Max, things would have probably been quite different.
The fact of the matter is that it's a third rate knock off of a drink that was introduced 13 years earlier.

The Coca-Cola Company needs to make Coke Zero taste more like the regular version of Coca-Cola,
in much the same way that Pepsi Max has always tasted a lot like the regular version of Pepsi Cola.
As it is now, Coke Zero is a rather bland, insipid, and very mediocre product.

I picked up a bottle of coke zero today. I don't think I've had it before, or if I did I don't recall the taste. Pepsi max is ok, I don't indulge in soda that often to claim to have a strong preference.

What a weird post, I've never seen anyone struggle so much with the concept of opinions, "my opinion is fact!", haha, what a weirdo.

If anything I think it's the other way round, I find Coke Zero tastes more like regular Coke than Pepsi Max tastes like regular Pepsi. Give me a Pepsi and a Pepsi Max and I'll tell you the difference, I'd find that harder to do with Coke and Coke Zero, but hey, that's the beauty of tastes and opinions.
