I'm starting to think the big character they lost on the 1st eviction has lost them a chunk of audience. .
Watch the usual suspects pounce on any lower IAC rating and predict long term decline for the next few hours now. |

What are the chances of MBB repeat being bbc1's top overnight on xmas eve? If it does unexpectedly well and EE tanks, it might pull it off!

Still pretty poor. I don't think any of the soaps will be in the top 5 on Xmas Day. |

Same reason seems to be apply to The Apprentice as well, as they lost a big character last week.
Watch the usual suspects pounce on any lower IAC rating and predict long term decline for the next few hours now. Last year the final was 11.3m. I think this year it will be more closer to 9.5-10m. The Apprentice is looking very poor as well. |

Thanks
Still pretty poor. I don't think any of the soaps will be in the top 5 on Xmas Day. Corrie wont be getting much higher figures on Christmas Eve than it did last night. Somebody said the soaps will be 7-9m Xmas Eve. Emmerdale will be in the 6's and Corrie no more than 7.5. I cant see a Mrs brown repeat getting above 4.5 m and Skyfall would have to extremely popular to dent EastEnders that much. It's Core audience is around 6 million at the moment. It will have a better lead in than usual I suspect. |

Yesterday you said that you felt unimportant and a nobody because posters couldn't remember it was you that said something they were responding to! DON'T EVER SAY THAT AGAIN!!!!!!! As long as I remember who you are you'll always be important and a somebody.

I love the hyperbole on here at times with The Apprentice having been described as tanking or being very poor while getting 4.85m against a 7m+ show.

It was absolutely shite! I decided to watch it properly last night for the first time in ages. An hour of my life I'll never get back.

Its disappointing to see it fall. But its always the same year after year. The 3rd week always seem to fall below the previous two.

Yes there was midweek PL football last year too.
![]() After such a good Monday (wasn't it level or up year-on-year? ) it's a shame to see the show hit a sudden dip - albeit nowhere near a crisis.

They need to move Waterloo Road from the 8pm slot. It's absolutely tanking there. With those figures, the 10:35pm slot would be more appropriate. Quote:
Harry Hill as comedian is pitched to Adults as well as Children so he does have a strong adult fanbase.
With everyone complaining about BBC Christmas Eve what would everyone have done if they were the scheduler. And were would you shown Branestawn. BTW what did the premieres of Caisno Royale and QOS get on ITV. |

IAC slumped like this a few years ago but they managed to get a few good casts and it picked up again. It was on fire a couple of years ago. Hence the mega high launch show last year. |
