The list isn't meant to be one billion percent cast iron accurate at all costs. yorkie himself said some of them may not be 2015 but 2016, but the end of the day they're useful to see in a list format.

It's just for general reference, and is designed to be easily updated and change as we hear more news/confirmation about the programmes.

It's cool guys, no need to thank me for typing it all up or anything. Just focus on pointing out one show out of about 80 that MIGHT not air next year.

Thankyou for list

Few more:

Black Work (ITV 3x60)
The Trials of Jimmy Rose (ITV 3x60)
Code of a KIller (ITV 2x60)
Bring Back Bortsal (ITV 4x60)
Safe House (ITV 4x60)

No prob - wasn't fishing for or expecting thanks at all, just felt a bit like ugh when the only thing worth saying about the list was a nitpick. But thanks for the extras, H, will add them in the next update.

ITV's slate looks paltry compared to the BBC - do you reckon everything we know from ITV is on the list? *worried face*

ITV seem to be commissioning less drama, but with more LE. The BBC know they do well in drama and so are focusing on that aspect. I agree though that ITV slate looks small, but I suspect they release information far closer to transmission than the BBC who release inf on their drama sometimes two years in advance.

Some of the drama on the list for BBC1 will not turn up until 2016, perhaps even 2017 if it takes a long time to produce (ala Car Share)

But ITV do need more, though Jekyll & Hyde, Beowulf and Thunderbirds are a good step in the right direction.

Two Ronnies on BBC1 worth watching tonight if only for the brilliant David Renwick Mastermind sketch.

Agreed - the fact they are 13 parts (J&H/Beowulf) is pretty awesome.

Nah, ITV have more stuff. I'd add:

Midsomer Murders (4 x 120)
Foyle's War (3 x 120)
Endeavour 3 (4 x 120)
Grantchester 2 (6 x 60)
The Forgotten (6 x 60)
You're Back In The Room (4 x 60)
Birds of A Feather 2 (8 x 30)
Benidorm 7 (7 x 60)
Vicious 2 (6 x 30)
Delivery Man (6 x 30)
DCI Banks 4 (6 x 60)
Doc Martin 7 (8 x 60)
Get Your Act Together (6 x 75)
Rugby World Cup

Plus some other bits I've probably forgotten. Nice work compiling the list though. Also Jekyll & Hyde is 10 episodes not 13.

Foyle's War is going out in January and they've already said it will be the last series

Who was on The One Show last night? Last Thursday it had 3.63m (18.6%), whereas last night it had 4.43m (23.4%), which seems a bit erratic to me.

Foyle's war against Last tango and maybe Call the Midwife would be an interesting ratings battle.

I am sure there is more on the ITV side but its easier to pick up BBC stuff as they publish evreything while ITV as a commercial co dont seem so bothered.

I was aware of Driven but could not find any information that it was definately going ahead.

Also slightly worrying.

Genre shows have shown a drop off across their runs.

Thirteen weeks is a long time. Hope I'm wrong.

I agree 13 weeks is great if you have a hit like but an awful drag if it struggles. But thats what channels have to decide. On paper Musketeers and Atlantis looked great but they didnt really work out did they?

Yes, although Atlantis was on a hiding to nothing because it wasn't Merlin, plus other reasons well covered on this thread.

The Musketeers, for me, was excellent and I'm glad it's got a second series, but it did lose viewers across it's run.

Surely it's just that "shit shows" show a drop across their runs?

Fair enough but I still have not seen any direct BBC announcement about it.

Actually about 90% of shows seem to drop across their runs.

And surprisingly David Renwick originally thought the Mastermind sketch was terrible and threw it away! He only took it out of the bin as the deadline was approaching and he had nothing else.
