My second act are a duo consisting of that other member of Gnarls Barkley that isn't Cee-Lo Green, and the leader singer of The Shins. And although you wouldn't expect them to be awesome together, they are. Like chocolate digestives and Philadelphia Cream Cheese. Seriously, it sounds gross, but just try it. It's amazing. Just like Broken Bells.

Haven't heard that much of Ladyhawke's music before so looking forward to getting to know her and I think Broken Bells are fantastic!

omg dandem lve your acts. I've been a fan of ladyhawke for years and i was considering broke bells too. Just a thought, why didn't you pick Danger Mousse so then you could use Broken Bells AND Gnarls Barkley?

Not a big fan on George Ezra, don't understand the hype around him but I am probs one of none who think that.

BANKS

The first act I have chosen is the incredible BANKS. Having only just released her brilliantly recieved album Goddess, she spoke to me as soon as I heard her back at the start of last year. Described as a PBR&B (hipster R&B), she stylistically similar to acts like The Weenkd, Frank Ocean and Aaliyah. Having released 7, read it, 7 singles in the last year and a half, she has an incredible catalog to slay this competition with.



X Ambassadors

My other acts, is something a little different than my usual act. But the X Ambassadors have something in common with my previous acts, in that they are incredible. They have been releasing music since back in 2009, when they had no X in the name. But recently found fame with a Jamie N Commons collaboration. I have always been a supporter of them, using them a couple time, including all the way back during Real Time 2, show 2. They are an Alt Rock band, who does alot more than that.

My Thoughts So Far

Aliyah - I've heard of P!ATD of course; can't really name any of their songs off by heart but I'm sure I've heard a couple of them before and didn't mind them, so I shall be interested to hear them. Sunday Girl I think I've heard of, but haven't heard any of her music. She's very pretty though so my hopes are high.

Arran - Don't know who FKA Twigs is but I'm sure her songs will be great. Jessie Ware I haven't heard too much of yet, but I like Say You Love Me and I can't wait to hear some more of her music.

David - I haven't really bought into the George Ezra hype but both his singles so far, Budapest and Blame It On Me, have grown on me the more I've heard them and they are quite catchy. I've heard of London Grammar but never really listened to any of their music, so that will be interesting.

Dan - Haven't heard of either Ladyhawke or Broken Bells but they're great names so hopefully their music matches up to their names.

Dylan - Haven't heard of your two acts either, so that will be some more fresh music for me to listen to.

Not a bad selection so far then, a few I haven't heard of but I'm sure they will be great.

EndOfSanity - Once again, I haven't heard of either of these acts before, but they seem interesting so I'm excited to hear their music.

fireemblemcraze - Again I haven't heard of your acts before (I'm not normally this bad honest!) but I'm excited to hear their music.

I've heard of Gossling a few times before, I like her voice as well so good choice from Rick.

The first act I am going to be using is the absolutely phenomenal band Wolf Gang (not to be confused with the danish heavy metal rock band with the same name). Yeah I love Wolf Gang’s indie pop sound and how they go from these happy upbeat songs to their slow and almost haunting ballads. They’re probably remember most for their time on the Fifa soundtrack so I kind of want to show off more of their music than just that one track that everyones probably heard by now.

My second act I wanted to choose an act who was unlike anybody I’d chosen before so guys I HAVE A FEMALE ACT, REJOICE! Yes I have the wonderful act called MSMR, with the beautiful voice, well produced tracks and brilliant lyrics I really cannot wait to show off their songs. The voice of Lizzy Papinger is just mesmerising and I love pretty much all their tracks on their album so I cannot wait to show everyone all their stuff.

Next up we have another NTA pro that is Jag02010! Justin can't be here tonight, but here are his acts!

My first act is no stranger to the X Factor forums - or stage, for that matter. She was a bookies favorite turned shock exit, being eliminated in favor of a rather racist/homophobic/otherwise horrid member of Nicole's Boys. Now with an incredible album (yes, it leaked, and yes, I've listened to the whole deluxe version) and a number one single under her belt, she's ready to dominate NTA as well. It's the beautiful Ella Henderson!

My second act is a Swedish pop act who recently burst onto the mainstream scene, but has been on the DS radar for quite a while. She's known for her blunt lyrics, unique tone, and sexy swag, as well as for writing some of the best songs in the Icona Pop, Cher Lloyd and Girls Aloud discographies. It's none other than the incredible Tove Lo!

Yes, love Ella Henderson! And I have only heard one song of Tove Lo's - Stay High - but I really liked it.

OMG late. What an amaze lineup so far. Some incred acts. Broods, Margaret Berger, Tove Lo, Naked & Famous, Sunday Girl, FKA Twigs, George Ezra, Broken Bells. Ahh so much greatness.

Noooooo, The Naked and Famous are the act I was eyeballing for NTA #9. Swine!
