Lime! It wakes me up in the mornings! Always buy plenty when they're on offer!

I sometimes still buy OS if it's on offer, but it's not been my very favourite for a good few years now. When it first came out the aroma was so powerful it blew your socks off, but I suspect that the formulation changed at some point - that, or my sense of smell has deteriorated. Anyone else notice this?

The green mint and tea tree is the best shower gel ever. So strong and fresh and just makes me feel so clean. I know a few people who hate it and say that it makes them tingle all over. Don't understand how, I think it's fantastic. Love afterwards as well how it leaves my bathroom smelling amazing!!

I usually love coconut scented shower gels as they also leave you smelling really fresh and clean. |

The Spearmint shower gel (men's range) is my favourite. It's an interesting shade of blue but it's got a great fresh scent.
I used to really like the Original Source cooling mint and tea tree shaving gel, which became hard to find at one point: there was even a thread on DS about it as I recall. They now do a black mint shaving gel, which is also nice. |

I love the raspberry and vanilla one. They did a strawberries and cream one around Wimbledon time, that was lovely too!

Ok so I tried the mint and tea tree one over the weekend and didn't like it at all
![]() It looked like toothpaste and had the scent of it too. Worst of all, my nutsack was tingling like crazy for a good 30 mins after my shower and I didn't like the sensation at all! |

Those bottles (Or whatever they are called) are a pain, though. If you accidently drop it and break the lid, you've got to throw the whole bottle away because it rests on it's lid instead of it's bottom.
I use Radox, but it's same bottle design. |

It seems to be stocked by most of the 99p /£1 shops ..I chuckle when I see it for £2.50 as it is at my local big supermarket knowing across the street it's 99p.
Last one I tried was Pineapple Original Source. Preferred the lemon though, mint made me uncontrollably tingle in private places too.

Really, I usually only bought it when it was on offer, probably paid full price just out of curiosity to begin with though - they looked so appealing. My Mum just came back and waved a tube of toothpaste at me she got in one and told me never to buy it from the supermarket again.

After researching all the nasty stuff in so many of our toiletries, I gave up on commercial shower gel. I now use organic liquid Castile soap which I decant it into an old shower gel container mixed with a few drops of my favourite essential oil. The soap is expensive but it goes a long long way and I believe it may even work out cheaper.
