Out of the current EastEnders cast, excluding Stan for obvious reasons, who do you think will be the next to die and how do you expect them to die?

I can see Stan dying from cancer for his exit, Emma being killed at Christmas by Lucy's killer and the late, great Jim Branning having a big send off some time after the 30th next year

It's never been stated how long his contract was, has it? I can't see him staying once Mick finds out and we know there isn't going to be a trial.

I think it's such a crying shame that people can hate a character so much that they can't wait for them to die, some people have no compassion whatsoever, I know Alfie has done a very stupid thing and can be annoying but look how creepy Dean is and what he's done to Linda and people feel sorry for him but Alfie they don't!

Personally I think Alfie should go away for a bit possibly to jail and then return in maybe 3 or 4 years!

I agree. I don't want Alfie to be killed off. He did a stupid thing but it isn't black or white, he wasn't aware that Kat was in there and he didn't intentionally set out to harm anyone.

I think Emma Summerhayes could be next as I reckon Stan will still be around for Christmas where as Emma could be killed anytime between now and the end of the year.

Perhaps Ben. He's manipulative, amoral and has a few screws loose. Most characters like him end up losing it and going out in a blaze of glory. I give him five years at the most.

I wouldn't like to see Alfie get killed off, what he did was wrong but his heart was in the right the place. I'd like to see Kat and Alfie have a lottery win just to stop them moaning about money all the time.

I think something is going to happen to Peter or Lauren, not sure if it's death but the way it ended last night had me suspecting.

The Emma story sounds good, written well, could be interesting.

But as for the next one to be killed off I think it's going to be a Carter. Possibly Dean and maybe by Jonny or Nancy, the ones you would least expect.
