The female writers want him to be camper then he is

So they affix bigmouth nancy with a line like that

The dirty dancing line was just there for comedy. Its because Sam Strike plays the character so masculine that it's funny.

It does annoy me that they even have to resort to these sterotypical references though. Why can't he just be a guy who happens to be gay that doesn't identify with typical gay culture. They do exist.

Just to be a bit fair. I think people are a bit snobby on here. I have a friend that's as camp as a rainbow butterfly made of candy floss and I wouldn't have him any other way

His awkwardness with Whitney. Breaking down with shame when he came out. Hiding in fear from the intruders at The Albert. He's clearly a sensitive young man and not in your face or macho like his brother and sister. But this doesn't mean it defines his entire personality. You're looking for ways to attack the performance that simply don't exist. Like everyone he has different sides. You're trying to stereotype and it make you sound ignorant.

If you want to talk about ignorant you should probably look at the way you've ignored my other posts as you're attacking an opinion that has since then changed, which makes YOU sound like a petulant bully
