I mentioned this in another thread but wondered if anyone else out there knows what timetable BB is following this year for the next stage of BB6 auditions?

My friend has been watching her mobile ever seen she was told "don't call us we will call you".

I can't believe they will get around to doing anything before Easter. My guess is that she should wait to mid April and then forget about it.

Any advice from those who got to the later stages last year?

Usually when the comment is made ... Don't call us we'll call you

Perhaps your friend will be the exception to the rule though!

But BB does work is mysterious ways ...

the contestants last year didnt know until the weekend befor they were to go into the house they had to pack over the weekend a car picked them up on the monday they stayed in a hotel all week and went into the house on a friday

I thought they all went to Portugal for a couple weeks?

That's right. Partly one of the reasons that I didn't apply this year - I don't have a current passport.

Does anyone know about the process to the final selection?

I read a few things about what goes on (group games etc) but it still difficult to find out what's involved in the BB process.

Are you sure its not you waiting for the call rather than your friend.
I too am waiting and it is so fustrating trying to find out if they have made the calls.

One source told me that we should know if April if we are through to the next stage. Stage 3ish,...........

All I know is that they should be pick. Since going to the audition I have somehow become this pretentious fame seeking big brother fan.

i filled out a form that said stuff about medicals and psychologicl examinations, so if they have to do all that i think people will be called around now - or at least in the next week or so ?

won't there be a team-building day thing like last year ?

oh and at the last stage i was at there were a load of people they'd called back who hadn't made it through the diary room at first - so maybe they do keep an open mind thru out ?

I'm waiting for the call too. I have told nobody and the waiting is killing me. I wish someone would just put me out of my misery and either call me to say I'm through to the next stage or tell me I have no chance so I can get on with things without jumping everytime the phone rings.

I must admit, I thought I would have heard by now if I'd got anywhere so I assume the worst. Then again..... according to this link

After the diary room I had to fill out forms and return following day. Thats it!

Same. Then get told to wait a few weeks. That was a while ago now though. I am sure everone on this website is waiting for the same info!!!

Where did you audition? Was it a cold day for you?

Can't really say - but it was freezing and I had to wait outside for hours and hours! Worth it if I get the call though...

Its the waiting thats the worst bit - don't you think?

i'm also talking bout this year - i meant the big form thing that happens after the diary room, there was part of that about medical stuff amnd all.

i liked the sound of that article about april being the date after all - maybe it's not all over for a week or so !
