With the wildcards finally having been officially revealed today, it's high time I brought this little gem of a forum game back. Not only is it a lot of fun to do, there's also some statistical merit to this. Last year, the DS public left Luke Friend as the last act standing. Who will it be this year?
For those of you who have never heard of Hurt & Heal, it's an absolute forum classic. Most competition shows have had a few of these over the years, and The X Factor is no different. The main premise is to eliminate contestants one at a time until one is left standing. This is accomplished by each person subtracting a point (HURTING) one act and adding it to another (HEALING), with a maximum of one vote a day per player. When a contestant's counter reaches zero, they are removed from the game and can no longer be hurt or healed.
