Hi, I have been reading the instruction book lately and I have noticed that the Panasonic DMR-HWT230 does have a Bush TV Code (TV Code = 05) to program in the remote control to do the volume adjustment and power on/off.

But, the problem is that I don't understand what the instructions are saying! (Page 16 on the Panasonic Operating Instructions) All I did is put in the TV Code and nothing happened!

PS: Does it have more than one code for the Bush TV which I could try?

I don't have the same model as you mine is a DMR-HW220 but the remote codes are the same, To program it you hold down the on and off button top left of the remote and key in 05 for a bush TV.
On my 6 year old Sony it controls a number of functions
