If Tenacity lose, Steven, Ella Jade, Lauren or Sarah could be fired. Possibly another double next week? |

Roisin can be seen in a boardroom clip wearing white (shirt) and smiling. So, until Roisin has worn white (or won in white), she is going nowhere.

If roisin wins then good, she's one of my favourites
![]() I think it'll be tenacity that lose next week, and Steven will go, alongside another girl maybe? Well either Ella Jade, Sarah, and Lauren and judging by the edit, it's most likely to be Sarah. |

Good work TXF! I personally think now that both Lindsay and Nurun will be fired next week.
I hope Roisin gets a PM win later in the series, but with so many candidates, she might not get the opportunity again! |

Task 4 - Online video channel
4/14. The entrepreneurs enter the 21st century when they create online video channels to go live on YouTube. One team opts for light-hearted cookery demonstrations, while the other settles for health and fitness - but will their concept work out? In their clamour for the most clicks, the hopefuls join forces with existing YouTube stars, grill famous cooks and tackle teenage heart-throbs. But it's not just a case of who gets the most hits, as they also have to pitch to a website for promotion - and it's here that one contestant goes a little over the top. As always, the challenge ends in the boardroom, where the teams find out whether either of them went viral - and one or more of the losers faces a firing. can't wait! Solly should have an advantage in the viral bit the ott guy sounds like Steven

Just seen a preview on Facebook that confirms Katie as the Tenacity PM for Week 3, as she said she would do in Week 2:
http://oi61.tinypic.com/21n449e.jpg This may well be the first week that both PMs perform well considering
Spoiler
EDIT: One other thing, Sarah calls Lauren bossy in the previews and Lauren says down the phone "It's not been great in terms of sales" so maybe she's the Tenacity sub-team leader? |

FWIW, I happen to know that this presenter will be promoting Vital Ingredient on their YT channel https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RDvS...YdQwwHRnyGXswc

Decided that I couldn't stay away!
Been doing some thinking. Caution with MAJOR Spoilers from the OP plus my own theory coming up. Weeks 3-7 The teams next week are: Tenacity Katie (PM) Jemma Ella Jade Pamela Sarah Lauren Steven Felipe Daniel Summit Roisin (PM) Nurun Lindsay Bianca James Mark Solomon Sanjay The teams, by Week 8 are apparently: Team 1 Katie Daniel Mark Felipe Team 2 Solomon James Sanjay Bianca Roisin Considering ALL of Team 2 are on Summit in Week 3 and 3 out of 4 of Team 1 are on Tenacity in Week 3, I think its a fair bet that Team 1 are Tenacity and Team 2 are Summit. Interestingly, though Summit lose next week, 6 out of 8 of them are still on board by Week 8, meaning, assuming there are no major reshuffles, only Lindsay and Nurun can get fired from that team in this time. By contrast, on Tenacity, only 3 of their 9 are still around by Week 8, meaning that they must surely lose the bulk of the upcoming tasks, especially if Week 3 is a double firing of Lindsay and Nurun as some have speculated. In fact, if the above two are fired in Week 3, then then only one who can get fired from Summit until Week 8 is the person who goes over to level the teams in Week 4 (Considering Summit will be at least 2 candidates, maybe 3 candidates down by this point) The main spanner in the works is that apparently, Sanjay is on a sub-team with Pamela and Katie in Week 6, which makes little sense unless Tenacity lose both Week 4 and 5 and Sanjay is ported over. Not sure how he returns to Summit or how Mark ends up on Tenacity though (Unless its like a Myles-style deal where Lord Sugar just moves him over for the fun of it) However, most of the evidence points to Summit winning the bulk of the upcoming tasks. This is supported by the fact that they have the extra member in Week 8. It is virtually certain though, that we can expect a lot of multiple firings in this period - 9 candidates by Week 8 is almost back on track (In Series 8, there were 9 candidates left in Week 8) and this could well account for the seemingly-bizarre team switches. Week 8 and Beyond After Week 8, there can be no sub-teams of 3 (As the sub-teams would always include 2 people) This means that the appearance of Solomon, Bianca and Roisin in Week 10 is likely the whole of Team Summit by this point. We don't know whether there are 6 or 7 left at this point, but it seems a possible suggestion that Summit may lose Tasks 8 and 9, with James and Sanjay getting fired. An alternative is that Summit win Week 8 and one of James or Sanjay is ported over to Tenacity to level out the numbers for Week 9. Then if Summit lose Week 9 and the other member is fired, then that would leave Solomon, Bianca and Roisin as a team of three for Week 10. I think that whatever happens, its pretty likely that Summit lose Week 9. For now, though, we have no idea what happens to leftovers of Tenacity by Week 10, though I'd agree with Hown that Katie is likely still on board by then and Felipe, Mark and Daniel should all have some confidence of being on board by then (Considering one of them can only really get fired) James and Sanjay should be more worried as its virtually certain that one (and maybe both) are gone by Week 10. I'm thinking something like (Week 4 to Week 7 is almost completely guesswork) Week 3 - Lindsay (I think this is for definite given Karren's glaring "You should have contributed more" statement last week) and Nurun Week 4 - (Jemma ported over to Summit) Steven and Sarah Week 5 - Ella Jade and Lauren Week 6 - (Sanjay ported over to Tenacity) Jemma Week 7 - Pamela Week 8 - (Sanjay and Mark swap teams) - Sanjay Week 9 - James Week 10 Tenacity Katie Felipe Daniel Mark Summit Solomon Bianca Roisin This is largely guesswork for now and one of many ways it could go. Four double firings in a row (Week 2 to 5) is the main thing that irks me about the list. |

Haven't read any posts as this year I'm going to try and be spoiler-free for a change
But I'm curious about how the final is going to work, so can someone in the know drop me a PM with details of how many candidates there are, if known? I don't want to know who makes it, just whether it'll be a final of 2, 4 or maybe if the interviews have been held back for the end again this year. Thanks! |

I think Sarah is still in Tenacity in Week 6. Perhaps we'll have a triple firing at some point (just before the overseas task to save money LOL). From what I could gather, I think the overseas task in Week 7 is in NYC. |

Holding out hope Fabulous diva Steven stays till Week 7. He is TV Gold and so is hot mess Sarah. Losing both in Week 4 would be terrible.

Dangit I caved! To be honest, I'm still a mess with names and faces, but I'm glad that Roisin makes it far. I liked her

Ooh, NYC, I can't wait for that! ![]() Also, ALL of my assumptions were based around the fact that it's Roisin that makes it far in place of Sarah, because... well it's Sarah! |

I think 2 candidates moving team between Weeks 3 and 8 is very unlikely - I actually think it's MORE likely that in Week 8 the team with Bianca is Tenacity and Katie is Summit, but I don't know. |

However, I think you were referring to this photo: http://instagram.com/p/oOKQkdQHlE/ in which case, its Mark on the sub-team with Pamela and Katie in Week 6 and it means that Sanjay may not move teams at all. Quote:

Oh OK, but that doesn't explain why Sanjay was seen in a sub-team with Pamela and Katie in supposedly Week 6. Is it definitely Sarah seen in Task 6 and not Roisin? I need to recheck the filming thread!

How do you know ther is an overseas task?
Spotted in NYC by a Brit. ![]() There's a picture in Week 6 which I originally thought was Roisin and Solomon, but on second look I think it's Sarah and Felipe. I could be wrong of course. |

But two on a subteam means 11 candidates in Week 6, which would mean 4 double firings in a row! Or possibly a triple firing? Or maybe a candidate with Sarah and someone else was just inside the shop? |

Could you link me to this picture? I remember it. but want a second look. It looks more like the kind of clothes Sarah would wear tbh, and have no idea who the guy is!

Realise I've confused things because of a mistake I made earlier in the thread - it is MARK on a sub-team with Pamela and Katie in Week 6, and NOT Sanjay. Apologies!

I've not seen it specifically mentioned, so sorry it's been covered, but there was a very specific shot in the ep 2 intro of Mark, Katie, Felipe and Daniel all celebrating outside the Boardroom with nobody else visible in shot. Whatever task that's the team for, they win it.
