I'm guessing it's task 4 (Youtube) as it looks like Summit are doing the cookery video. The teams will be presenting to Buzzfeed, so maybe there's where Solly will shine.

Apparently the PM for Tenacity in task 4 is female ("my strategy is to be me") and all the "nightmare candidates" (Steven/Sarah/Lauren?) are on her team LOL.

Where did you find out that it's Ella Jade? I think she might come unstuck and be fired... I am sure candidates in the past have had largely positive edits for the first few episodes, then taken on PM role and nosedived, resulting in them being fired? This could be Ella Jade I think.

Solomon and Ella Jade were the PMs as we thought I think but I missed the boardroom shot so I'm not 100% sure. Did anyone see the boardroom shot?

Yes, they are. Jemma moves to Summit, so the teams are:

Summit - Sanjay, Mark, Solomon, James, Bianca, Roisin, Jemma
Tenacity - Steven, Felipe, Daniel, Pamela, Sarah, Lauren, Ella Jade, Katie

I think Ella Jade has to go next week, possibly along with Lauren? If Tenacity lose, which they probably will, only Ella Jade, Steven or Lauren can go. I think only one will go.

The week after, perhaps is a double firing?

Is there any way Sarah can get fired? The edit is screaming that she's fired the moment she loses. Agree with everything you've said there. Think Tenacity will lose the next two weeks (with another double firing) leaving Mark to transfer over to them in Week 6. Only Jemma can be fired before Week 8 from Summit so I'd guess they win the bulk of upcoming tasks.

I am not sure, perhaps Ella Jade, Steven, Lauren could also move in the upcoming weeks, but get fired, because one team swap between Week 4 and 9 doesn't sound right to me!

Also, Sarah could be in the mix for getting fired next week, because the pic from task 6 could be Roisin!

So basically next week's casualties will be one or more of Steven, Sarah, Ella Jade or Lauren.

EDIT: By the way, just occurred to me that Tenacity definitely lose next week, as every member of Summit is seen in pics of Task 5 and beyond.

Sarah definitely goes home when the team loses or Ella Jade could not bring her back for the final boardroom and Lord Sugar fires her for that.

Yeah Sarah can't escape this week I think - she must be the one to whom LS says 'you are a lost cause in this process.'

I hope the project manager is allowed to bring 2 people in this week, without someone having already been fired - the format is becoming weakened, because it is not set.

Also, maybe it's a triple firing this week? I mean, surely LS will be itching to get rid of Sarah AND Steven, and it is quite possible that someone else is culpable.

I think 20 candidates is too much I do agree the format is getting weakened. It actually rewards aggressive out spoken candidates to survive over some candidates who are professional (Deemed hiding under the radar).

Not sure Steven will go next week. I think on one preview in the intro you can see him sitting in the PM chair with the team behind him. Could be wrong on that though.

Just cannot believe Sarah escapes to week 6. Its hilarious in a train wreck kind of way. On the You're Fired intro this week you can see Steven sitting in another BR looking shocked and side to side so now I do think he is in Week 5.

The thing is, we thought there had to be only 11 in Task 6, as there is a sub-team of 2 in the photo of a blond woman and one of the guys (unless one of the sub-team is inside a shop or something).

It can't be this simple - there are bound to be team re-shuffles between now and Task 8.
