The hair's not blonde enough to be Sarah, and there look to be dark roots there too. Also, doesn't look like Sarah's type of outfit

I'm not too sure that it's Lauren - the picture itself is quite dark and Lauren's hair seems to be darker than that. At the moment I'd say it is probably Sarah (Roisin's hair is a bit darker than that in the pic too and she doesn't normally have her hair down).

I was trying to figure out who the male is to see if that's of any help (regarding who else we already know is there). I've narrowed it down to 3 - Daniel, Felipe, or possibly Solomon (but I'd say it's either Daniel or Felipe).

Looks more like Felipe to me, but all that would do is rule out Roisin. Sadly, it does look like Sarah, though I am holding out hope that its Lauren.

Agree that Ella Jade could well be fired this week for not bringing Sarah into the boardroom, if Sarah does indeed survive.

This means, of course, that Tenacity definitely lose next week.

I also think Sarah could be the blond woman from the Final 9 picture Because Sarah seems to cross her legs when she stands, as the blond woman in that picture is doing, and the hair in that picture is very blond.

I disagree on that point, the way the hair is done and the clothes worn seems very much like Roisin to me. The teams suggest that its her as well.

EDIT: Not that we need any more evidence, but this shot of Ella Jade with no-one sitting behind her, looking unhappy also suggests that Tenacity lose this week:

The trailer for next week had Roisin in white at the end of the table, so in theory her boardroom clip could be coming up. However, that (boardroom) shot seems to be taken from Nick's angle and you can see the boardroom door behind her (which suggests a PM win??).

The boardroom shot of Mark being happy is probably from either episode 5 or episode 6 (as he probably switches teams between episodes).

Lord Sugar's comment about an impressive win is probably from one of the episodes above (in theory they could be both from episode 5, but I doubt that Roisin would be PM again that soon), as he makes the statement during those shots. It is definitely not from next week, as he is wearing a totally different tie.

Tenacity are almost certainly next week's losers - the only way Summit can lose is in the unlikely case that the blond woman from the Task 8 pic is Sarah and Roisin gets fired next week.

And the Task 10 pic! And Sarah making it to Task 10 doesn't bear thinking about!

Roisin's boardroom clip makes it unlikely (could be a final boardroom clip, but it seems like a results face). Hopefully, we will get a few new shots next week, as based on those so far you would think that Katie is the last woman alive in the second part of the series (there is a shot of Jemma, but that is probably only two weeks from now).

I had genuinely had no idea there was a Pamela in this series until seeing the previous post and looking it up.

Oh bollocks, I just spent ages trying to sleuth on one of the pictures, then realised everyone else was talking about a completely different picture!

In any case, I'd hazard my guesses that Sarah is the blonde woman with Nick on the street (in the stripy black and white) and Roisin is the mystery blonde woman outside the manor house.

I think the blonde woman in the street is definitely Sarah, and the blonde woman in the final nine is definitely Roisin. The jacket/dress from the final nine picture looks more in line with the kind of things Roisin has been wearing. The hair of the woman with Nick is also longer than Roisin's hair in the final nine pic, and Sarah's hair is longer than Roisin's so I'm sure it's her. The outfit also looks closer to the kind of things Sarah wears.

Well in the Manor House pics you can definitely see the following people:

with Karren - Mark, Katie (and what looks like Daniel and either Sanjay or Solomon)
with Nick - Bianca, James (and think that might be Felipe)

Sorry to say but I'm pretty sure the blonde woman is Sarah - from what I've seen of Roisin, her hair is more of a mousy blonde whereas this woman is bright blonde, like Sarah.

Basically when that article came out, there was one more picture, and the faces weren't censored, and the teams were definitely:

Katie, Mark, Daniel, Felipe
Solomon, Sanjay, James, Bianca, and the blond woman

In that case Felipe is a titch but yeah, blonde woman is definitely Sarah, calling it now.

Apart from any discussion on Sarah/Roisin (whoever it may turn out to be), I do think now that Roisin gets a PM win this series (if she survives next week). Assuming she doesn't switch teams again, it would have to be episode 5 or episode 7 (assuming the debated pic is from episode 10 and episode 9 is probably won by Tenacity anyway).

Task 5 - Coach Tours

5/14. Summit and Tenacity are summoned to a service station on the M25, where Alan Sugar challenges them to organise coach tours. They have two days to persuade punters to part with their cash and take day trips to tourist attractions outside London - and while half of each group sets about selling tickets, the others negotiate knockdown entry prices to their chosen attractions in Oxfordshire and Canterbury. On the day itself, one coach isn't exactly full, and excruciating sing-songs don't go down too well, while a limp lunch leaves customers less than satisfied - errors that surely won't be forgotten in the boardroom.

Perhaps a triple firing on Summit of Roisin, Jemma and either Steven, Ella Jade or Lauren? That would make that 2-man subteam from Task 6 possible.

Unless Sarah has her hair cut then it's definitely Roisin. It's too short to be Sarah.

Or..................that shot is a trick by the editing team, as it might very well be her reaction to one of the vids (as the screen is over the left shoulder of Nick; also explains the angle of the shot). That is probably it actually, we will know soon anyway.

So, Summit can indeed still lose next week. Have to hand it to the editing team, very clever ruse (so, Mark's clip is probably connected to Lord Sugar's comment).

And it wouldn't even surprise me if Sarah did make it far, as last year we had Fran at the interviews (perhaps a bit harsh, but you know).


EDIT: Guess for next week, Roisin gets fired. Mark moves to Tenacity and Steven + Lauren move over to Summit (the editing trick does it for me, I'm afraid; hey, any other outcome is a blessing and otherwise I am right ).

So, the teams for Task 5 could be....

Summit - Sanjay, Solomon, James, Steven, Jemma, Bianca, Lauren
Tenacity - Felipe, Daniel, Mark, Katie, Ella Jade, Pamela, Sarah

Someone thought that Steven was PM for Task 5, so i predict that Summit lose Task 5 (5th lose in a row!), and Steven, Jemma and Lauren are fired.

Then in Task 6, Sarah moves over to Summit, leaving the teams like this:

Summit - Sanjay, Solomon, James, Bianca, Sarah
Tenacity - Felipe, Daniel, Mark, Katie, Ella Jade, Pamela

Tenacity lose Tasks 6 and 7, with Ella Jade and Pamela getting fired, and this leads to the Task 8 teams which we know are:

Summit - Sanjay, Solomon, James, Bianca, Sarah
Tenacity - Felipe, Daniel, Mark, Katie

I think Sanjay and James are fired in Tasks 8 and 9...

and Solomon, Bianca and Sarah are still on Summit for Task 10, potentially joined by a member of Tenacity.
