Surely Summit win next win? I'm utterly convinced its Roisin in Task 8, the hair just isn't Sarah's style.

Roisin going next week doesn't make much sense, particularly as Solomon would likely get fired if they lose.

First of all, I would rule out Lauren.

Second of all, based on comparisons with the latest episode (Sarah in the mall and Roisin in the next week trailer), I would actually say that it is Roisin. It could still be either, but Sarah's hair is much more curley and wavey at the back when it is hanging loose (which is not the case for the woman in the picture).

Only big problem with this conclusion is that the man in the picture is almost definitely Felipe. So, based on that I should be wrong. Well, that and the fact that I've decided now to be really negative (reverse psychology and that) and predict Roisin to be fired next week........even with the pic of Ella Jade without anybody behind her


P.S. I do sincerely believe that Roisin's boardroomclip is coming up next week (win or loss) and that the editors are trying to trip us up.

It's Roisin. Sarah's hair is far too long (and IMO far too bright) for it to be her in that pic.

We now know that the man in the pic of the blond woman from Task 6 is James. I still think it's Sarah in the Task 6 picture. The hair is so blond.

I'm with Tyjet. Plus it would make more sense in terms of editing as well. There's no way Sarah gets that far.

Ok, you know that picture that someone posted on the last page which shows James and abit of the blond woman's hair and shoulder. It definitely looks more like Sarah's skin tone and hair colour.

In Task 8, I'm mot really sure, but I do think the Task 6 woman is Sarah which makes me think the Task 8 woman is also Sarah, just with straightened hair.

I'm with you on this one Tom - unless Roisin dyes her hair during the process so that it's blonder, it's almost certain to say that both of them are Sarah. Just look at how light the woman's hair is in both pictures (the task 6 one is a bit darker, due to the weather I suspect, but it's definitely someone with very light blond hair in both pics). Roisin's hair is more of a mousy blonde, which leads me to conclude that it's not her in either pic, but particularly in the task 6 pic.

This would also mean that either James or Sarah swaps teams at some point (most likely Sarah if the latter pic is anything to go by) - which I'm not sure is completely out of the question. She could go on a real Adam Corbally-style redemption arc. Roisin could easily end up being another Duane Dibley, but ideally we need the preview clips from next ep to confirm anything.

I'm 99% certain it's Sarah, but I'm happy to be proved wrong once further clips appear. It could be that Summit lose next week but it's down to mistakes from people other than Solomon (for instance, if Roisin is on the sub-team and something goes wrong on their side) - you just don't know really.

If Sarah manages to get to Week 10, it will literally be the biggest redemption ever.

I don't think Roisin's edit has been overly positive though - she forgot the seed money on Task 1 and had to sell the t-shirts back to the printers, was invisible in Task 2, and in Task 3 made the mistake of selling the reed diffusers to the shop, and not having a clear pricing strategy. If she cocks up on the upcoming episode, I don't think it'd be that shocking if she were fired.

EDIT: People are definitely correct though, about Sarah having to have cut her hair for Task 8 for that to be her - at the moment her hair is notably longer than that.

BIB - I agree that her edit was poor on task 1 (Lord Sugar hammered her for forgetting the seed money, which the editors could have easily lumped on Sarah) but last week was very much a sympathetic loss for me. She was seen to be strong, the team praised her leadership and the edit could have done more to blame her for the loss (James got way way more criticism for the pricing strategy whilst selling the reed diffusers was barely brought up in the episode)

Still not seeing Sarah as the blonde in Task 9, her hair is never like that and she would have had to have had a haircut in between tasks. Plus, well, the Edit has been destroying her recently. Editing wise it makes no sense for her to get that far.

Monkseal's pic suggests that the blonde with James is from Summit, ie Roisin. Moreover, In the clip at the start of ep 3 where Katie says "Come on girls, we can do it!" and they run past down a street, the back of Roisin's hair looks very similar to that of the blonde in task 6.

So If it's Roisin and not Sarah in the task 6 pic, Lauren could be the one who makes it to task 6 instead of Sarah. This would support Belligerent Boss's opinion that Lauren goes quite far and also boab's point about Lauren having more time to develop her intense fling with James. .

Pretty sure that the blonde in the Final 9 pic is Roisin, and she's my top pick to win atm.

If Roisin's the chosen one, LS will do all he can to keep her on the winning team. That's why he transferred Jemma and not one of the nightmare candidates to Summit in task 4 IMO.

We know that Jemma moves to Summit in week 4 and Mark to Tenacity in week 6, but these are hardly team changes as such. My original firing scenarios below (amended now for Sarah going earlier instead of Lauren) would still work in the absence of evidence of a major reshuffle.

Task 4 Tenacity loses, 1 fired (Ella/Steven)
Task 5 Tenacity loses, 2 fired (Ella/Steven + Sarah)
Task 6 Summit loses, Jemma fired
Task 7 Tenacity loses, 2 fired (Lauren + Pam)
Task 8 Final 9

Yes, you can also see the back of Roisin's hair in the next time trailer (for episode 4).

It is very difficult to tell, most important question is probably about Sarah's appearance. If she stays with her current look, it probably can't be her in all those pics (for instance, the hairstyle of the girl in the car with James is different from Sarah's hairstyle; heck, I've got matching car clips to prove it!).

Next week one of two things will happen:

- Sarah or Roisin gets fired ("you are a lost cause in this process")
- Ella Jade gets fired (as expected)

Option 2 will probably cause another week of discussion regarding the blonde.


P.S. One question though, probably already answered, is it certain that Mark switches teams in episode 6 (and not at the start of episode 5)?

Tenacity lose next week. There's a shot of Ella sitting in the boardroom without Felipe (or anyone) standing behind her and he stands behind her in the results boardroom.

Ok I concede the blond women are much more likely to be Roisin. I was kind of just wishfully thinking,as a second half of the series with neither Steven nor Sarah is hard to imagine !

100% Sarah is the blonde woman.

Its obvious Sarah is going to win the whole thing, they are just throwing us off and surprising us. The final 2 are her and Steven.

The clothes the blonde is wearing in task 8 isn't Sarah's style. She wears glamourous dresses. She wanted all the girls to wear the same in task 1. I think its Rosin with her hair down like she had in task 1.

So, tonight is the first time we don't know who's going..

It's very unlikely, but Summit could lose and Roisin could be fired, or if Tenacity lose, Ella Jade, Lauren or Steven could be fired.

Actually hope Sarah can survive this week! It would be so hilarious if she remains useless but on the winning team each week. I still think tonight she is toast.
