A leading Chef has defied political correctness in this matter!

I decided it was an old wives tale after a BBC series did experiments and proved that Chinese Restaurant Syndrome had nothing to do with MSG as they made the food without it and people still insisted that they were suffering from it.

And those same people had no trouble with Parmesan cheese, which is loaded with MSG.
