Exactly!...that money was supposed to go towards paying off his creditors.

And as it was the Inland Revenue who originally petitioned for his bankruptcy, that means it's us taxpayers who have not received the money.

I don't think Cameron got his cheque for ages either (not that I care or that he needed it) - what about Nadia ?

I read somewhere in the last couple of days that he hasn't got the money as it had all gone to the Tax Dept.

Bez will not be receiving the money as far as I read it was being handled by a dept agency paying out to all he owes, then when that is all paid he will get the rest. £1.00 i hope its all he deserves

You are correct to a point. Bez, who is currently bankrupt, must ensure any money he obtains goes to the receiver to distribute to his creditors. The receiver allows him a small living allowance.

When his debts are settled then he will no longer be in bankruptcy and will be allowed to keep all further monetry gains.

However, in the report Bez states that he is still skint because his winners cheque has not yet arrived. Therefore any money he currently earns is still being siezed by the receiver.

i agree if he wanted to spend all his money on weed thats his own problem
