I think they do as there is a registrar on the credits later that week but Dot and Roxy are not in the episode so I'm not sure.

also just read that Ronnie and Charlie have news for Phil how will he take it teh following week so I think they sort their secrets out and get hitched!

Ronnie should give birth early Jan, though I'm betting its a Christmas baby, so a wedding in Feb seems likely if Ronnie wants to wait until after she has given birth.
