I think there is a lot more mileage. Even the TV mag "What's on TV" in its The Apprentice write up say that she refuses to get her hands dirty.....

She was ridiculously bad but she did prove that she can sell so that might save her fo a while. I was irritated that she was selling and selling but then refusing to help the girls make/serve the coffee because 'She was team manager!'. TM'S should get their hands dirty too, fair enough she might have made a few sales but had the other women not stepped up to do the hard graft they wouldn't have made anywhere near as much as they did.

And the whole selecting the teams by splitting them dow the middle was just ridiculous. She really was not prepared to listen to anyone, it took several attempts from everyone to shut her up about cutting the lemons into slices! She is a very lucky lady.

I'd still give the award for worst to Noorul. Mainly for these reasons...

1) The other team this week IMO made the right call on putting the non sales person in charge, Sarah told everyone she was sales and therefore should've been selling not PMing. So was there an element from the other ladies that she was an easy target?
2) Noorul failed at sales, failed at PMing and failed at the one thing he should've been good at, making the perfume.

Sarah made mistakes and was autocratic. Don't even get me started on her "high heels, short skirts, and make up" tactics, but she wasn't totally useless. I have to give her an extra point for wanting "decadence" because it sounded more up market, I nearly spat coffee all over myself.

If that's spelt A P P A L L I N G, then yes, she was.

So glad that YBF flagged her as 'The One That Got Away', which they don't normally do for someone on the winning team. Her constant 'I'm project managing the whole task, so it's my duty to do this' made her sound like somebody who has no experience of managing anything or anyone, just of carrying out assigned tasks without bringing any thinking to bear. Her harping on about short skirts and makeup also made her sound like someone who doesn't realise what century it is.

Nightmare, and I'm not even sure that it makes for good TV for me. The show seems to be dumbing down to virtually a slapstick level.

lol...I agree. Last night when I watched the programme, I said to myself: "is she for real?" Some of the things that she said were just bizarre.

The scary thing is that there are some people who are like her in the real life. I used to work in a company who had many girls exactly like Sarah in terms of thinking and even appearance. One girl just talked about having a boob job all the time.

Did she demand that everyone else had one as well?

Noorul was at the time easily the worst PM in Apprentice history, but the year later I'd say Melissa pretty much matched him on that score as did Shibby.

Sarah is a potential contender for that title though after the relentless blunders and cringe moments. The fact that she fell apart so completely with such an easy task in Week 1 is unique to her as well amongst those names.

Aren't we lucky to have witnessed such egos being paraded before us?

I reckon Sarah will go first time the girl's team loses as they've all clocked her as an airhead. There were so many faults on her behalf and everyone hated her. Roisin was equally responsible for not taking money to printers however.

Anyway, we've all seen enough of The Apprentice to know how it works.

Sometimes they deliberately make someone look bad one week, and the following week we are manipulated to see their good side- when, in reality, the truth is somewhere in the middle

And, of course, the producers want people who will wind the audience up.

Where these really the 20 best candidates on offer? Probably not. More likely the ones that make the best telly- which doesn't necessarily have to be the same thing. Which is fair enough- because I want to be entertained

I just think that we shouldn't be discussing the possibility of someone having had a sex change, because that's a pretty personal thing. If she did, that's her business and I think it's unfair to gossip about it on forums. And if she didn't, there's nothing to discuss anyway.

The point is that some women in business think the way forward is not to show any femininity at all. I'm not convinced that is the right approach.

She was certainly lacking in any feminine charm and empathy, but the odd thing is she was emphasising how important looks and appearance were to her team mates.

My husband thought she was a bloke in drag too. Good luck to her if she is but, IMO whatever her gender she's not exactly a stunner herself so is in no position to tell the other women they would look ordinary without make up next to her.

I was hoping that Lord Sugar would tell them all that, since they have 4 extra candidates to get shot of, the winning team weren't safe from being fired either

I really felt for Chiles, watching the footage and having to reflect that she had stayed and not him. He made a bad mistake, but I could see him turning out to be a strong, sensible candidate overall, and it must be pretty gutting to be out over someone who seemed to have the intelligence of a hatpin.

Melissa I agree with but I don't actually think Shibby was horrendous. He at least sold well on task and was screwed over to a certain extent by Paloma (promising everything under the sun) and the production team (ignoring definite orders giving the team no time to produce them) He wasn't a great man manager and did make critical mistakes but I think that worst ever is a bit harsh.

She was edited horribly. She was absolutely horrific, but the woman does run a successful hypnotherapy business so she can't be as dumb as she appeared last night

She was utterly spectacular.

I've not watched every series. Just the last few but she was absolutely amazing in how utterly inept she was.

My particular favourite part was her pushing to cut the lemons up repeatedly.

Fantastic television.

Yes the show zooms in on peoples flaws and awkward moments during the tasks, we dont see the nuts and bolts of organising a task because it doesnt make good TV. I usually give people the benefit of the doubt as they all have a track record of being successful in the business world. The lemon slice thing was the only odd thing that stood out for me - who buys slices of lemon?

In fairness, Melissa wasn't actually a bad salesperson either. She managed the team horribly, but if I remember correctly she was all right when they were on the streets and actually selling the pastries.

It would have to be a stiletto-heeled boot worn with fishnets, no knickers, a very short skirt, and lots of lippy.
What an embarrassment to 21st Century business-women she is!
