If memory serves, Melissa was actually the top salesperson on the women's team (possibly even on either team) in the first task of her series, and I remember at the time thinking she'd probably be a grown-up version of Zoe from the then-recent Junior Apprentice; annoying as heck, but she gets the job done. Boy, was that prediction ever wrong...
