Wonder if anyone could help, I did an update on Sunday and have lost quite a few channels things like 5* 5USA etc I was returning to get Motors TV and the others on COM7, my Samsung smart TV which uses the RF loop through off the Youview box has ALL the channels and are at a good signal strength. I have a high gain aerial connected to the Youview box. Upto the re-tune I had the channels that are missing apart from BBC4HD, BBCNewsHD etc, now gone from 131 channels to 96.
Any help is appreciated.

Sounds a bit like you might have picked up the wrong transmitter at the end of the re-tune. You might have to try again choosing a different transmitter.
Have you tried re-tuning again and check your post code is right in the settings.
Do you know if you have a choice of transmitters in your area.

Thanks for a reply, yes I did a second and even a third retune the latter 3 days after the first, just off 1 transmitter, my postcode is correct too.
