I feel with this Big Brother I'm not actually liking anyone a lot. Past years there was my favourites Tim and Michael but still I liked other housemates as well. This year there's no one tbh, and I think that's because there isn't that many highlight shows (as they seem to cancel some days) and too many live shows.

This episode in particular wasn't great. I am getting to the point where I just can't abide Skye any longer, though she's nowhere near as bad as Travis. I don't know/care if her petulance is an act but it's very annoying to watch i.e. Skye: I'm confused. Ryan (calmly): What are you confused about? Skye: F*** off! You always do this. ![]() She can be funny at times - I found her nominations amusing; "That's how you spell her name?" etc. which I assume is why she's popular, but I hope in some weird twist of fate we see her evicted sooner rather than later. I did an instant eye roll when letters to or from home was brought up. It always is a tedious segment, this was even more gushy than usual thanks to Jason's melodrama at the end. In regards to the eviction, I feel I'll probably lose two of the people I mildly like, as unfortunately I think we're stuck with Jason a while longer. I don't mind the other nominees, with Priya probably being my favourite. Ideally, it'd be Jason and Sandra going, but I think it'll be Sandra and Ryan (who I think I should probably dislike more than I actually do). That was a long post. Apologies. |

I would like to see Sandra and that black cloud that follows her around evicted next, and Ryan to follow her he will only be remembered for that frozen chicken thing he does, a poor choice as a HM.....

Yeah Ryan is a boring HM. Only really heard from him the past week or two...,.and that's not exactly nice. Mainly just bitching and throwing a strop. Really want him out with either Sandra or Jason. Sandra's gloom and moaning after being nommed is ridiculous. Does she not know how the game works?? Even Travis has taken noms on the chin without complaining. I always get the impression with Ryan too, despite his claims for respecting women and having 5 sisters, that he's actually not that respectful of women,. I don't know why. Just something off about him, like maybe he's a bit chauvinistic?
Skye kind of grates on me at times, but I don't mind her usually. She has come across more argumentative in this episode and I think she jumped on Ryan tonight for no real reason. Ryan never said anything about bubbly people having down times? Although I think she was right about Sandra and I was impressed she confronted her! |

Sandra is an absolute pain. Miserable bitter woman.
Her and Ryan should be front of the eviction queue this week. Their attitudes are appalling. |

Sandra said she was jealous of Skye getting 5000 dollars and make up , so she will listen to anyone slagging off Skye .
Whether it is because we are not Australian but I don't like the laughter played when Skye was in diary room or Sonia's comment about Skye being slow to understand. Apart from Priya I don't think anyone really likes her. |

Sandra is a miserable cow, remember her VT suggesting she was fun, lmao how wrong was that.
Ryan is like the new Lisa, passive aggressive attitude so he can always sneak out of potential situations by suggesting he didn't actually do anything. And I agree with the above poster about the chauvinistic part guy who go on and on about respecting women only do so in some traditional sense that respecting women is treating them differently to men as though it's the 50s. Glad Skye called out Sandra but why the hell did Jason/Priya/Cat just sit there while the other 3 all threw comments at Skye, I thought one of them would at least speak up in her defence. Seems Sandra and Ryan want Dave to replace Sam which shows how spineless Dave is to just fall into it when Skye was talking to him back in the days when the rest ignored him. |

I agree that it is different in the house with someone like Skye than watching it in tv but
We know that all the housemates know Skye is popular on the outside so they know she could win the whole thing. Its funny the last 2 housemates who directly had a public argument with Skye (Katie and Lisa) were voted off the next week. It will be interesting to see if Sandra and Ryan go soon. Will the Australian public vote them out. We have Priya's assessment of Leo so we are OK. She is very astute considering the facts on internet about Leo (not his real name). I really hope Priya doesn't go this week - I want her analysis . |

If quality improves I'm all for less episodes, BB USA manages on 3 a week. Some days the house is so dull a daily show isn't warranted. Although I do think they should have social media updates like clips if they are going to cut episodes.

are ratings not good?
im loving this series and the last series - so slick and entertaining. It offers such a different dimension with the game element while retaining our humour; wit and evil antics of BB and public voting. They have the right approach. |

No the ratings haven't been good this year last week ratings were between 500.000 to 700,000. Australia are well known to be quite cutthroat in axing tv shows with low ratings I have a feeling nine could well could axe bb after this series.

If you haven't seen the earlier Australian series, I would suggest watching them all from the very first one. I loved them all, I found them all entertaining, I love how much fun they are, and how Big Brother rules the roost. Their format is spot on.

I don't think the US show keeps up with what is happening with only 3 shows a week, it would be like not seeing nominations reactions until 3 days later on this. It interferes with the whole live event aspect. They have actually blacked out news on some weekends in the AU version in recent seasons and that hasn't gone down well. The lessening of the video coverage this year has likely affected audience figures.

Last years was the best BB series I have ever seen. I'm enjoying this one because I love BBAU, but I think last year is a hard act to follow.

There is conflict but no drunken rants etc. I think there are enough towie, geordie shore type programmes in UK so if bb change the format to bb Australia the the viewers will flood back. I intend to watch more of bb Australia after this series finishes . |

Last years was amazing. Having watched every BB series here, and now all the Australian ones, last years BBAU blows them all away. I hope you enjoy it.
