At this early stage, who will win?

I always pick a winner after the first two episodes. I used to often be bang on with it, but in recent years I haven't been so successful, and I've often picked early casualties.

I think the winner is often someone who seems pretty decent, but doesn't get that much of the edit in the early tasks. Based on that, I'm quite interested to see how Ella Jade will fare. She seems to be reasonably competent from what we've seen - for example, she negotiated the price of the T-shirts from £50 back up to £60 when they sold them back to the printers. She also seems pretty personable, not very obnoxious, and I liked the sound of her business plan (she wants to create documentaries for good causes).

Girls - Um... forget the names, Katie and Ela I think

Boys - Jason, Mark and Soloman I think

Hope Steven wins however as he is fantastic

Who I see as possible finalists atm

Girls... which one came up with #London? I thought that was inspired. I'm tipping Roisin as my dark horse.

Boys... Mark if he can do more than spot problems, and can come up with solutions too. James if he can calm down a bit, and Solomon if he learns to assert himself (without going overboard).

I think it may have been Katie who came up with #London, but I'm not absolutely sure. I should check that. I do think Katie may be a bit of a dark horse as well, by the way.

Sweet, I'll say her for now then.

Roisin and Sanjay are my early guesses.

Ella Jade, Katie, James and Solomon are my four favourites at this stage. Katie and James I really like because they are no nonsense and they get on with the job. Whilst Mark, for example, just sits around complaining, James is more proactive and actually tried to solve the problems. Ella Jade has decent business brains based on the evidence so far and has done pretty well early doors. I think that in spite of his boardroom appearance, Solomon did pretty well last task and was one of the best performing boys. In addition he had an idea that could have won the task. I think there's more to come from him.

I'll stick my neck out and plump for Solomon. He hasn't shone so far, but as I said in another thead he gives out a similar vibe to Tom Pellereau in series 7. If he gets the boot soon (if he doesn't "man up" lol) then think Sanjay may be a dark horse.

Of the girls, I'd give Lauren a chance, as the edit so far has shown her to be quite level headed, but think Lindsay may be the one to surprise us all.....

My final 4.

1. Solomon
Sanjay Lauren Lindsay (in no particular order)

It obviously doesn't mean anything, but in the past there has never been a winner who appeared in the final boardroom in the first two weeks. So if that was to continue, it would rule out Filipe, Solomon and Daniel. There has also never been a winner who has been Project Manager in Week 3. (Okay, I admit it, I have far too much time on my hands... )

Go for it George. We need peeps like yourself who can fill us in on all the fun we have forgotten, so keep it up.

My front runners would be Lauren, Solomon, Bianca, Roisin, Jemma, Ella.

Too early but prediction for final 2 - Solomon & Roisin.

Solomon for the win.

Okay, I'll keep it up. Whilst we're about it, there has never been a winner who has had the same first name as a previous candidate - obviously there have been new candidates who have shared their name with a previous winner, but never the other way around. So that would rule out James, Katie, Lindsay and Steven.

(For the record, this is all in fun and means absolutely nothing at all.)

Current tips -

1. Katie
2. Solomon
3. Pamela
4. Ella Jade

I also expect Daniel to reach interviews... but get torn to shreds!

Lauren and James for me. Especially Lauren as she's barely featured at the moment, which can often mean a candidate is sticking around.

I'll say Solomon as he is the only one I can remember who wasn't a massive pain

Complete guesswork at this stage but despite them losing the first 2 tasks most of my tips to win would be boys.

On the boys side: James, Solomon, Felipe and Mark. I wouldn't be surprised if Daniel got quite far too.

Girls side: So far Ella-Jade, Lauren and Katie strike me as the ones who'll do best. Not particularly sure though with them and I struggled to put names to faces on the girls side (Sarah excepted who was pretty hard to forget after week 1) - whereas I can name most of the boys already.

James is getting bad press today for his criminal record.

Let's hope that he does not lose his cool on a task.

I don't think these revelations about James necessarily mean he can't win.

Katie and Lauren seem to be doing quite well, happy to speak up, but also seem calm under pressure at the moment so could do well. I think Solomon could do well if he takes the advice to speak up.

I think it's harder to pick the winner now it's a business partner, it was easier when it was an employee because you could base it more on performance in tasks whereas now it's also based on business plans and we don't know them this early on.

That'd be Bianca I think.

Out of the girls, Ella Jade, Katie and Lauren seem like they could go far while I agree with whoever said that Solomon has a Tom Pellereau like vibe. From the rest of the boys, James and maybe Mark if he can show that he can contribute as well as he complains.
