Or Stan could be the person visited by ghosts as he has a few skeletons in his closet and the sketch is bound to include the Carters.

It'll be probably be someone like Tamwar being haunted by characters he's never met or something like that. I can sense something disappointing is on the horizon.

I for one would absolutely love a Den and Angie reunion on screen. They have not been seen in EE together since 1988 (although Anita was due to return but later pulled out), although both appeared together in 2000's "The Stretch".

I hope there is a scene with Den and Angie behind the bar of the Queen Vic "What have those bleedin' Carters done to our pub, Den"

Please let this happen, also "What the **** is Sharon playing at, marrying that tosser?!"

Probably just be Hev and Bradley though.

I'm presuming it would have to be a long term character who will be visited by ghosts of deceased characters. It's not going to be very interesting for the viewers if Stan is visited by ghosts of people the viewers have never met.

Strangely enough I posted a thread a few weeks back stating how it would be good for EE to do a "zombie" series like Neighbours will be doing for Halloween, featuring deceased characters. Next thing we hear is that EE will be doing "ghosts".

it has to be a long-term character who knows most of the deceased. Ian, Dot, Sharon or maybe Phil would work.

It could be Nick but do people remember Eddie Royle or Ashley Cotton? They'd be the ghosts he'd see. The ghosts have to be known to Joe Public - Hev, Barry, Pat, Kathy, Arthur, Cindy, Den and Angie - people say that the more well-known characters won't do it but this is for CHARITY (Children in Need not her off Emmerdale!) so the 'bigger star's may have been more willing to return for a few hours to film.

This could be a lot of fun - East Street was the proper actors on the proper sets but it was more of a spoof - the two casts even sent up elements of their own shows!! Loved it.

Hopefully the character is either Ian, Sharon or Dot as that would mean almost anyone who has ever died could appear. I'd love to see Den and Angie, Pat, Kathy, Cindy, Mark, the list is endless!

It's been mentioned before that Michelle Collins was approached to do a CIN sketch where her ghost was reunited with Ian however as she was contracted to ITV, she couldn't do it. Maybe now's the time?

Considering DTC loves Letitia Dean though, could be Sharon being visited by Den & Angie.... but judging how moved Letita was during 'The One Show' last month when Anita recorded a clip from her and said how long she hadnt seen her in, I dont think so.

Either way, sounds like they've got a good sketch planned.
