Clearly Dodger is going to be involved in the train crash then, as he's leaving via train. I have a feeling that Nico being his daughter will come out at this time as well; maybe just before Sienna dies (as I reckon she will do).

What I mean is that I reckon he's only gone away temporarily to clear his head. Probably Maxine will persuade him to come back. Chances are if he left on a train he will return on one.

I doubt Sienna will die, as the scriptwriters are likely to see plenty of potential in her character.
