Spice/herb advice
sweetpeanut
17-10-2014
I am making (sort of) jerky, I want to try something different for a spice/herb mix to add.

It needs to be a dry mix to add into my recipe.

I am a bit rubbish at knowing what spices go with what spices. I tend to use the same things all the time.

So if I tell you what spices I do like then maybe you can advice me on a few to mix or what goes with what.

OK I like
Ginger
chilli mild or med
Italian herbs.
Turmeric
Mint
Cinnamon
Rosemary
Now my minds gone blank Grrr

Can you think of selection to put together that would be to my taste?

No honey, as has to be dry.
Sounds lovely though
