I currently watch Waterloo road because I have for ages I'm now waiting for it to finish but the quality seems to be declining even more. I think the main audience it under 18 though. |

Yeah Earl was great and so was the whole Kelly family who I loved. I wish they could have stayed around for longer. My favourite was Rose I loved her and they tried to copy her with the mother Barry woman forgotten her name.

The Kelly family made series 4 and Rose was a character she went from a drunk to actually making something of herself with manageing the school canteen. Its a shame the family didnt last long though as Earl got sent down for murdering Maxine, Sambuca died of cancer, Denzi killed in that lorry crash when moving to the new school in Scotland. Im not sure what happened to Marley and Prince though do you know?. I do think Earl had alot more to give to the show and staying long term with how good his character was I really dont know if the producers ended his character going to prison or the actor only wanted to do the 8 episodes and then leave

I don't know what happened to Prince but didn't Marley just leave at the end of series 4 with Flick.
Poor Rose though two of her kids dying, her third in prison for murder and she only has two kids left to be proud of Marley and Prince strange how all that turned out. The Kelly family ruled series 4 and I dont think anything could of made that series better |

I started watching it because my parents did, they stopped watching after the fire episode (end of series 3 I think) & I just carried on watching it. I loved it then, it was a true representation of high school life. Not so much now of course.

Are there any left?
![]() The move to Scotland was unsurprisingly the kiss of death. It's outstayed it's welcome and they are just needlessly prolonging it now, it should have ended ages ago. Cost-cutting at the BBC killed this series sadly. It was treated with nothing but contempt which is an awful shame.

21 and still a fan here
So am I the only one who has not minded the Scotland move? It introduced me to some of my favourite characters. Christine, connor, and Imogen to be exact. |

I don't think I dare say how old I am and that I watch Waterloo Road as does my husband and grown-up son. We only started watching it a few years back (I don't know what series it was but it was when Karen Fisher became headteacher. I still enjoy it, although I do think the whole thing of the school moving to Scotland etc is ridiculous and has spoilt it a lot, and the stories are becoming more extreme.
