My thoughts exactly

On top of that I'd sort out the wardrobe department, dressing up as superman or a crab or outfits that look as if they were bought off the peg in a cheap high street store do not cut it

I'd also limit the theme weeks - the focus switches to the music/costume instead of the dancing and the use of props, they distract from the dancing and spoil the flow if the celeb struggles with them.
