Fujifilm Instax Mini
First let me apologise if I am in the wrong bit of the forum
I did try to do a search to see where camera threads go.Does anybody have an Instax Mini? If so, do you know what a flashing E in the window means. I'm presuming Error or Empty. I have just put a new film in and taken a picture with it, the picture was just totally blank. I opened the back (probably a big no-no) to make sure that I had installed the film correctly. I've replaced the batteries, I don't know what to try next. Any ideas gratefully received. Thank you |

Firstly, remove the remaining films in your camera (while the camera is switched off) Secondly, switch on the camera. Press the power button and the shutter button simultaneously at one go. (to reset) Thirdly, reload a new film cartridge.
If this doesn't succeed in resetting the shutter and lens programming then the camera needs to be repaired, refunded or binned. |

Thanks for the reply Chris. I've followed your suggestions but unfortunately I've had no joy. Oh well, it is an old one that I got a new film for because my daughter would like to buy one of the new ones. I thought she may be able to try mine out to see if she liked it. I'm a bit fed up because I have paid for a film that in now useless because I think it will have been ruined now and I won't be able to use it it the new camera if she goes ahead and buys one. It was worth a try.
Thanks once again. |
