Sorry I misunderstood your earlier question. Please pass it off to a blurry screen owing to somewhat misty eyes.

Me too. What a star and a gentleman Tim is. OK he wouldn't have won, but he shouldn't have gone this week. And his relationship with the lovely Natalie was a joy. What a shame.

The two classiest people in the show have departed in the manner you would expect of them, one a true gentleman and the other the best female pro Strictly has...please, please, please bring Natalie back next year and give her someone who can take her further in the competition so we can see her wonderful dancing

Totally agree with Tim being an absolute gentleman. I thought he conducted himself with good manners and kindness all through his time on Strictly. I am not ashamed to say I gave him my 3 votes every week, even though he was far from the best dancer. I'll start voting for the best dancers now.

Absolutely agree. She is wonderful.

I didn't really know who Tim was till SCD but what a gent. Gracious and classy. I'll miss him on the show

Agreed, that was a lovely departure for both of them. They danced their hearts out in the dance off, knowing it was bound to be their last dance, and Tim was incredibly gracious in his exit speech both about the show and about Natalie in particular.

You can watch him on Bargain Hunt or other antiques programmes, where he's just as funny and lovely ! But I'd far rather have watched him on Strictly for another week or two than Scott, whose behaviour was most odd all weekend and not at all pleasant to watch. You're a really classy gentleman Tim and we'll miss you and Natalie loads..

Loveliest departure I can remember. I had a tear in my eye!

Gutted that Nat is gone - I adore her especially as the atrocious Scott is still in. Please put him out of misery - he looked gutted he was through.

What a gentleman! Loved his dance with Natalie at the end too, you could tell how popular he is going by the judges and the celeb/pro reactions at the end. You did great Tim!

I totally agree with the post- his departure speech was so touching and heartfelt. And I loved his last dance! He really went for it, and it was very 'them'! It was a lovely partnership.

Natalie did wonders with TIm, he is a true gent. Look forward to seeing her again next year with maybe a tad younger man

I agree with pretty much everything in this thread; Tim's exit was really lovely and he is a true gent. I'll miss him greatly on the show. He wasn't 'in it to win it' but clearly loved the experience and its people like him who make the show so great.

It does annoy me how Len moans about Tim being bottom 2 though when the judges placed him 2nd from bottom themselves!

I agree it was a classy departure however would have liked Natalie to say more and I noticed Tim's hand slip slightly low and Natalie grab hold of it to move it onto her waist.

I loved the Joanna Lumley / Patsy Stone look. Natalie Lowe merged into Joanna Lumley can drive a bloke's testosterone into over-drive - if he can remember we he last put it. Phwoar!

Tim may be a lovely gent. But Grand Dad Dancing has had its day. He was and is a rubbish chest of drawers dancer.

I found his little departure speech genuinely moving, a real class act of a man.

That was the loveliest departure I've ever seen on Strictly. Such a lovely couple and partnership. I loved how all the celebs and dancers let him have his full last dance with Natalie and then the group hug at the end was heartwarming. It was so obvious how popular those two were and I'm absolutely gutted they're gone!

I love Natalie and will miss her but Tim is a real gent and even though he was struggling with the dances will miss him too

Yes, the best farewell I've seen on Strictly. Sincere and dignified, Tim is a real gentleman.

Shame he left. He was much better than Scott and had a real charm about it, and a lovely partnership with Natalie.

Yes, who on earth voted to have another week or two looking at Scott ( who was extremely weird and unpleasant this weekend) when we could have had another week or two of the lovely Tim and Natalie? At least Tim can hold his head high and know we loved him !

It was one of the best exits ever. I had a bit of a cry. I think it was even more powerful because he was generally quite flip and joking, and then suddenly he was serious - and so articulate. It was very touching.

A friend of mine has been on Bargain Hunt and said how lovely and friendly everyone was, including Tim - just as nice on and off camera.

Natalie is a star. (I'm very ashamed to admit I didn't like her on her first year with Ricky. 100% wrong of me. I love her now.)
