I think Missy was expressing her satisfaction at choosing the new Hudle 2 as her tablet for spying on Clarance the Crosstimed Companion and has got nothing to do with THE woman in THE shop (Tesco???). It is all part of Moofats product placement strategy to make Doctor Who profitable so he can sell it to Pixar.

(See how easy it is to make stuff up and insult the show runner? Try it. It is very liberating.)

What if Missy is Clara's TARDIS? For ages now people have been saying that spilnterClara telling 1 to take the other TARDIS doesn't fit with the TARDIS saying she chose him. What if the TARDIS she stopped him from taking was the right one after all, and the other one was one who chose Clara to get the Doctor to take her instead. We know the Doctor's TARDIS dislikes Clara, that could be an explanation why, and has the TARDIS disliked her since that incident? That could show that its a different TARDIS.

Why on earth would Clara even have a Tardis? She's not a Timelord.

I agree but she had at least one splinter on Gallifrey so there is a good chance that one was a Time Lady

It did at the start, but notice that clara can do things with the tardis that the 9th doctor didn't even know he could do.. Like the snap top open the door. The Tardis, Clara, and the doctor all have some kind of connection now, probably due to the timeline splintering thing.
