Lol. I think she had the other work lined up when they asked her to return so they had to work around it. She was only supposed to be back for a few months originally.

Don't forget, there was a 2 week missing period between Phil's wedding day and Roxy's return from holiday. Its still quick I agree but maybe they met and discussed the baby more in those 2 weeks we never saw on screen.
