As we all know the CPS will go with what they feel they can get a conviction on not always what the crime was at it's maximum.

Well a court will decide if he is guilty of criminal damage, most of us do not need a court to tell us what was done was morally completely wrong and cruel.

He could have made a point by taking the horse alive to the ladies house and tying it up outside. .would have made the lady act..and no one hurt.
