Joining you for that, AM. I will have a large glass of white ready although I must make sure that I don't splash any in my hilarity at the meltdown.
I have only been able to vote since online voting started as I don't live in the UK. I use a proxy server to hide behind and do the voting. Works a treat
I'll be around at the weekend to help with the time guess list. I think we started with 10 or 20 in the beginning
Alison / Scott / Judy need to be the next to go.
Judy has improved but she is not better than the rest. Scott is just dreadful and I would rather watch Ann Widdecombe cause at least she was entertaining. I just sadly find Scott's dancing pathetic.
Steve / QUEEN Sunetra / Mark need our votes next week. Really worried for them
Along with the Top 4. So will use my mobile lots next week still won't do any good though. Sigh.

Someone earlier in the thread said that this was similar to last year (Patrick/Deborah dance-off followed by Abbey/Rachel) and it made me think.
Patrick did a Salsa and Deborah a Viennese Waltz iirc. Simon did a Viennese Waltz and Thom did a Salsambcha. Yes Simon was saved, but there is a similarity.
Abbey then did a Rumba and Rachel an American Smooth. Let's watch out for those then.

It's nice then to see that Craig changed his mind from the first dance, since he marked Simon better than Thom first time around. It adds excitement when you can hope that it's not a foregone conclusion.
It's also interesting to learn what someone's like more in person. I've always found Thom to be cringingly desperate to please, but I suppose it can come across differently on camera.
And it was the first time that I actually enjoyed Thom's dance and thought he could actually learn.
I do like Simon, I just think that Kristina is wrong for him. If he had Aliona it would have been a slightly better partnership, with a bit of bite/controversy... which would have made him stand out more.

I thought Kristina's technique in the VW was shockingly bad and I don't think it was Simon's fault. It felt all through the dance they were fighting over who was leading and it made me feel uncomfortable. Compare that to Steve where he is actually leading the dance was a lovely contrast to Simon's dance.
Shame really, I'm just not sure what the issue is or if Kristina doesn't feel like she can trust Simon to do it. He's just not connecting with the public either and he didn't come off well in the Clauditorium.

If it matters, I would certainly have kept Thom, he's the better dancer.

Thom did not dance well last night but as Simon was again in the bottom two he should have gone imo .
