I do think a more experienced pro would have nurtured Scott and choreographed his routines better - maybe hit the nail on the head with humour rather than missing the point entirely.

I don't think Scott is deluded - he just doesn't get the point of criticism for criticism sake rather than it being used constructively. I personally think that's a fair point.
