It's not really scary but Boys Noize - The Battery would make for quite a creepy and staccato tango if done right. Bit too niche to ever get considered I think though.
Also Charleston to Squirrel Nut Zipper - Hell would be great. |

I don't know what you might think of this, possibly Tango?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QxJrjV4PNXA ('When You're Evil' by Voltaire) ^ Bit of a long intro but just ignore the instrumental part and go from the first verse. Also, still want to see 'Paint it Black' (either the original version by The Rolling Stones or the Within Temptation cover version) used somehow, maybe for a Paso. |

A bit of a repeat of a list I posted on another thread but I would go for -
I Only Have Eyes For You by The Flamingos - for a ghostly Viennese Waltz http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FvzNeh4Mq1o The Killing Moon by Echo and the Bunnymen - for an eerie waltz http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LWz0JC7afNQ Bewitched, Bothered and Bewildered by Julie London - for a romantic American Smooth http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VLjkpwyuhVo Temptation by Heaven 17 - for a vampiric tango http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pTI2VC14Qts Ballroom Blitz by The Sweet - for a zany quickstep http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VzpWJx3I2DY Back in Black by ACDC - for a gothic tango http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pAgnJDJN4VA Strict Machine by Goldfrapp - for a Metropolis-y robotic tango http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YeawPUpTHJA Lacrimosa (Requiem Mass) by Mozart - for a dramatic Viennese Waltz http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k1-TrAvp_xs |

Song-wise: it's probably been long enough to have Phantom of the Opera, Wild Thing or Bat Out of Hell again for a Paso.
For the curious, the only dances never to have been done on a Halloween night are the Foxtrot and Waltz. The most common is the Paso, which has been done eleven times, followed by the Tango with seven and the Jive with six.

I am dying for them to use Danse Macabre by Saint-Saëns. I know someone else has suggested this. I suggest it every year. It would make a beautiful Vienese Waltz.
Zombie by the Cranberries is on my list too. Not sure what dance would fit it - maybe a waltz? A rumba? I don't know. But knowing the producers theyll use it for a charleston... |

I'd love to see a Rumba to Russian Roulette by Rihanna or Mad World by Gary Jules.
Oh, and Scott can Quickstep to House Of Fun by Madness.

This might actually be ok for Steve, he can cope with fast-paced choreography and for some reason he reminds me of Chris Hollins anyway so this might just be his dance
![]() Found some more good Voltaire songs for a Halloween theme - 'Land of the Dead' (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GCyRVEg50oQ) for a Quickstep, and 'The Vampire Club' (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZYKekg61EGw) A lot of his songs are linked to that sort of theme, so I'll have a look for more good'uns. |

How about Janelle Monae?
Dance Apocalyptic could make a good jive. Or maybe Sincerely Jane for an Argentine Tango? |

I had a quick look on YT for this and they did - Ian & Camilla with Matthew & Nicole, during Alesha's series iirc (sounds about right as he won Joseph in 2007 I think).

Has anyone ever used Blue oyster cult don't fear the reaper?
Would a viennese waltz fit to it? Or even a rumba to the very slow cover version --but that would be very wrong--A waltz to That old devil called love? A paso to Monster -the Automatic? ![]() People are strange - the doors? Werewolves of London was used in DWTS think it was a cha cha but not sure if the four above have ever been used . ![]() They could have done an early bonfire night theme instead...firework, bonfire heart, catherine wheel, rocket man, play with fire, light my fire, relight my fire, song for guy
