Devoid of any knowledge of dances, I'd say Simon vs. Steve.
I'd love a Simon vs. Alison/Scott dance off, but it's looking unlikely. At least Steve might have a good shot of putting Simon out of his misery if he continues his upward trajectory.

Well after this week all bets are off, could be anyone. I'll go for Simon and Sunetra.

I think the judges will shove Simon up the leaderboard so he won't be there this week.
Think we could have another 'shock' as clearly Alison/Judy/Scott are all getting public votes, so I'll go for Mark and Sunetra with Mark going. |

Oh dear..I dont even know if I can predict this time....
I think that the public will finally feel sorry for Simon and may keep him out of the B2 this week ..... I dont even want to guess because its hard to call....... |

I think the public vote will be as follows (in order of popularity):
Jake Frankie Caroline Mark Pixie Judy Sunetra Alison Steve Scott Vs Simon in the bottom two, Scott goes home (with any luck). |

I'll go for a Halloween shock - Steve v Pixie.
I think the leaderboard will go something like: 1 Jake 2 Pixie 3 Frankie = Caroline 5 Simon 6 Mark 7 Sunetra 8 Steve 9 Alison 10 Scott = Judy I can't imagine Steve being too good at the Charleston. Judy and Scott are popular, Alison will have comedic value. Sunetra should scrape by. Mark will get Thom's votes / sympathy votes for being emoshe. Simon should get a bounce. Pixie could end up as a shock B2 like Abbey in last year's Halloween show. Edit: Of course I'll probably be entirely wrong and it'll be Scott and Judy

Alison and Scott I reckon
When Steve did one of his dances (quickstep?) Craig pointed out some Charleston influences that were very good and said he thought he'd do well at it. Hope so! |

Depends how stupid their Halloween costumes (and mini themes for the individual dances) are.
I joke, sort of. Seriously though, I think Simon or Mark will be back there, maybe Simon will get a rest and people will forget to save Mark again (like they did Simon). If we're following the trend of shock bottom two celebs, I think (purely as a pointless guess) that either Steve or Pixie will be there with Mark, and Scott and Judy will escape again. |

Think that both Sunetra and Steve have a lot more audience support (apart from Jake, Steve is the only male not to have been in the dance-off yet; and he is never that high on the judges leaderboard). Mark might have gotten some bottom two bounce votes (and the fact that he did a good samba), but I doubt it means that he is suddenly storming towards top positions. This would be my guess: 1. Caroline 2. Jake 3. Steve 4. Frankie 5. Sunetra 6. Judy 7. Pixie 8. Scott 9. Alison 10. Mark 11. Simon Saturday will tell us much more on the audience vote, as the likes of Steve & Sunetra might be close on the board with the worst 3 celebs. Still think that at least one of Mark & Simon will be in the dance-off, as I suspect (see above) that the gap with the people just below them(with the judges) will not be big enough (they are battling for place 5 with the judges, which now is already midtable). Offcourse, any ties (in the middle or below) could be fatal for the likes of Mark & Simon. |

I think Mark will be safe after he cried and Simon will be safe after the b2, for at least a week, and they'll probably get a lot of Thom's fans' votes - though Jake might after Thom picked him as the one he'd like to win. Beyond that I'm not guessing till I've seen the songs. I'm always worried for Steve, the Charleston might be tough for him and the judges won't save him against almost anyone. (And he's appearing on the One Show, which is 'cursed' apparently.) But at the same time, I think the public might get rid of a woman now, just because it is unusual for the men to struggle so much for votes. (Am I right that Jennifer is the only woman to appear in the b2 so far? That is a bit unusual, isn't it?) |

Simon vs someone else
He had his bounce vote the week before last and that usually wears off; he just hasn't got the support IMO. |

I really dont think that Frankie and Caroline are THAT popular....I will actually put Steve above them in terms of popularity and Sunetra, maybe.
I would say Jake/ Steve and probably Caroline, Scott and Judy/ Alison make up the top 5/6 |

I don't think Simon can be saved from his unpopularity with the public. They can do something about Mark with a bit of overmarking and a good slot/production on the show.
I also can't see Steve not suiting the charleston, he always seems to make an appearance in these threads and yet he's survived a very bad dance and early slots on the show...while Mark/Thom/Simon never have. His support is pretty solid and clearly not dance/performance slot dependent ie: he actually has a fanbase that votes no matter what.... |

I fear for Mark, Simon and Alison this week, particularly Simon who I rather respect and like. I'd hate Judy to fall into danger at this time too so I'm hoping Scott will also be in the DO against whichever of the midtable cluster is there. Sorry to his fans.
Subjectively, I fear for Sunetra and Steve because they are to my mind the two most interesting competitors week on week. Objectively, I think others are in more danger. Still voting for em though

I think Steve will manage a crowd-pleasing Charleston - he shows plenty of personality in Latin, just struggles with the technique and the Charleston's the least technical of the dances isn't it (and one of the highest scoring)? He should be okay.
We don't know what everyone's dancing yet so it's hard to predict. Thom's exit shows how quickly things can change week to week. He was gaining momentum after his Charleston and Foxtrot but then he ran into the Cha Cha and it all came to an abrupt end. |

I am going to go with Simon and Steve too.
Though I would love Judy and Scott or Scott and Alison to be the bottom two but dont think it will happen. |

I'm going to go for a Simon vs. Scott dance-off, with Scott out. Or so I hope.
What I think will happen, sadly, is a Jake vs. Mark dance-off, with Mark out. I hope this doesn't happen. |

I'm thinking Simon vs Scott.
Poor Simon just doesn't appear to have the public support, and regardless of Craig saying he liked both gentlemen in the danceoff, I'm not convinced Simon has the judges support enough for them to overmark him in order to keep him safe this week. Scott uttered the immortal 'I just want to get to Halloween week' or similar on Saturday with Claudia. He has done so, time to bow out now. |
