I can't see Sunetra's jive to Tainted Love being very Halloweeny in a week when the more bizarre you are the better it is it seems. I hope she has a good mum vote.
I am very pained on behalf of Steve and Ola as there was a fantastic 20s bones song I have posted on the mooosic thread that the wozzocks on the production team could have used and instead they have a very nondescript boring kid's song. I just hope that their support is now strong enough to see them through as well. ![]() As for the bottom 2...oh kerist knows. Simon has all the appeal of Ebola but who knows any more. Maybe Scott at last because Foxtrot can be boring, though perhaps not the way the mad one from Grimsby will do it...or Alison please...nah will go and have a drink I think.

On ITT tonight Scott seemed to be giving out the message that the Halloween show was his goal and now he has reached it etc. I'm beginning to think that (unless he is still canvassing for votes on his radio prog) he might be in the BT this weekend.
So how about Scott and Simon with Scott to go? |

We are at week 6 which in the previous 2 years saw a major contender enter the bottom 2 (Kimberley/Abbey) and in both instances they were joint second on the leaderboard. If history repeats itself then we are looking at the possibility that one of Caroline/Pixie or Frankie will enter the bottom two against a weaker contestant like Scott/Judy/Allison/Simon or Mark. Now i left Jake out of the major contenders who might shockingly hit the bottom two because based on the last two years the shock entry was a woman and Jake is the only really good male dancer this year, so i would be surprised if the public are not voting for him.
Now looking at the three girls i think most would probably believe Pixie to be the most vulnerable with the public but she has just had a big dance last week, and the fact that people are speculating about her popularity means her fans will be voting all the more to save her. Frankie is a risk because i don't see much discussion or excitement about her on forums or facebook so she could be taken for granted with the voters, however i think Kevin is extremely popular and he just might be enough to carry her through for a while longer yet. Lastly we have Caroline who i sadly think might be the most vulnerable for a shock bottom two as she has been slightly less pimped in scores over the other two and i think some of the audience who watch strictly like the women to be classy ladies. Classy will fit Pixie and Frankie's image more as they don't have the one direction young boyfriend "controversy". Overall my gut leans toward Caroline/Scott bottom two with Scott obviously going home. But even if the shock doesn't happen this week it is coming soon as every year there is always underdogs like Sunetra and Steve who are middling on the board but the public really like them and they beat one or two of the big guns in the vote. |

Week 6 is the week where most shocks tend to happen, with Abbey/Rachel, Kimberley/Fern, Jimi/Michelle and Jade/Jo. So I wouldn't be too surprised if it turned out to be a shocking result.
My (new) prediction is Caroline vs Scott, with Scott leaving. Or, in a scenario that I really don't want to happen, but follows the pattern, Caroline vs Mark, with Mark leaving. |

It's going to be hideous if it turns out to be Caroline v Pixie .. or Frankie .. or any combination of those three.

Unlikely, as it seems that they are quite popular (and that kind of shock only happens if they are at the bottom of the audience vote). For this weekend, I just hope that Sunetra is not in the dance-off; it will be the ultimate test of her popularity (and people's ability/willingness to vote tactically).
I really WOULD like it to be Scott now though. Failing him, Alison. I think if Scott doesn't leave this week or next it would be a massive irritant, and athough I should be blase about it seeing as I got through 10 weeks of Widdy, there are some rather good people there that I wouldn't like to lose before Scott. |

I was as shocked as anyone when I called the elimination correctly last week. Not going to happen this time folks!! This week I think Simon may avoid the bottom two, and as the GBP will unfortunately persist with Scott for another week, I'm thinking Judy and Alison with a split vote again, and Judy going

Just watched the training video on the BBC website and there are some very strange things going on in certain of the dances.
Unfortunately I can see Scott managing to stay in. I think the Bottom 2 will be 2 out of Alison, Sunetra, Mark and Simon. Simon's paso is going to be compared vs Jakes and found lacking in my opionion. The Jives look a bit messy. Sunetra's looks like she is having trouble keeping up which might go all sorts of wrong on the night and Mark's although is bouncy looks weird - I cant decide if he is doing the technique but wrong or not at all. Alison's AS might be compared with Judy's which presumably is going to have some sort of wow factor with that dress and her being Cruella (and presumably Anton either being Pongo or one of the clutzes from the film). Also thought Alison's AS looked a bit lacking in content from what saw. I sort of hope Steve is safe as it would be good to keep at least some men in other than Jake once we reach the latter stages and Steve could be the answer to have a "Vaughan" type trajectory. I think a shock bottom 2 is coming for Pixie or Frankie or Caroline but probably not yet. |

I'll guess Simon and Scott. Sunetra's also possible (do think this will be a week where her vote, be it what it may, is tested.)

I agree with someone who said that after last week, all bets really are off. It's incredibly hard to predict this week, but I'll give it a go. In order from least likely to most likely:
Jake & Janette - No way. Caroline & Pasha - No way. Frankie & Kevin - No way. Pixie & Trent - A very small chance if the Tango really doesn't suit her, but I can't see it. Steve & Ola - Unlikely, as his Charleston looks good and he seems to have a lot of support. Mark & Karen - Unlikely, as his Jive looks great and he looks to be gaining support. Judy & Anton - The 'Anton' factor and her slight improvement should be enough for a few more weeks. Alison & Aljaz - I think her American Smooth could be an entertaining one, and win her some extra votes. Sunetra & Brendan - Her Jive doesn't look fantastic, and I've been doubting their support for a while now. Scott & Joanne - After Thom going, people might start taking the voting more seriously, plus the Foxtrot isn't particularly crowd-pleasing. Simon & Kristina - He just isn't well-liked enough, and I doubt his Paso Doble will be strong enough to keep him out of danger. So, in the end, I would say Simon and Scott/Sunetra, but I honestly have no idea how this weekend will progress (yet again!).
