Crap and Outage are vastly different.

So you could connect to the three network, make calls, receive texts etc but because you had a poor speedtest during peak time you call global outage............

I'm on a train to London and there has been no 4G anywhere today. Not at home, or anywhere along the line so far.

So I think Three has got an issue there, while 3G is working fine. In fact it's really fast.

My wife has been sending emails to me and she's in Sweden (on Three with Feel at Home) so definitely no global outage! The subject did make me laugh, but whenever there's a thread about Three it usually has a subject that is way off the mark.

EDIT: It seems it might be a bigger problem than even the OP suggested. Word is there's currently no coverage on the moon either.

EDIT 2: Just arrived at Finsbury Park and now have 4G.

Well ones things for sure. The OP is looking very silly indeed.

I've pulled together a list of places which appear to be effected based on customer feedback on Three's Facebook page and Downdector.

In no purticular order ;-

Confirmed ;-
Kingston Upon Hull
Newcastle
Beverley
Motherwell
Southend-on-Sea
East Yorkshire

Right now ;-

(Word of mouth from DownDetector) A LOT OF PEOPLE POSTING

https://downdetector.co.uk/problems/3

Huntingdon
Tidworth, Wiltshire
West Lothian
Moulsecoomb (North Brighton)
South Shields
Wiltshire (General Area)
Lanarkshire
Glasgow
York
Aberdeen
Doncaster
Lincoln
Cumbria

There's loads more but I can't possibly list them all.

It's quite obvious there's a problem if you look at the amount of people complaining maybe not on this forum but if we look at down detector and Three's Facebook page.

Some people have also reported outages on this thread.

Maybe not 'global' but most people are having issues in so many areas like I said before it was easier saying 'Global' then a complete list of all the areas.

Man, this is the most dedicated I've seen someone trying to salvage a dead thread.

Global means worldwide, which would never ever be correct!

Yes, there's definitely some issue given the loss of 4G at home. Similarly I had no data at Paddington and am now using the Wi-Fi on Heathrow Express to write this.

Its fine in Glasgow and Aberdeen. Also its fine in Newcastle. I have freinds in all 3 and just asked them.

Global means worldwide. You should have simply said "3 faces outages in some parts of the country" instead of your daft title.

No point in trying to get out of it. Your title was daft.

I'm sure Three UK are working hard to fix the issues.

The worst of it was last night as I said a few lines above I agree with the last part ;-

'Maybe not 'global' but most people are having issues in so many areas like I said before it was easier saying 'Global' then a complete list of all the areas.'

It wasn't easier. You failed with a troll thread and are now trying to get out of it.

Global means the whole network. The whole networks has NOT gone down. How hard is this for you to understand.

What would you of rather I did? Typed global? or every city which was affected? (hundreds)?

The 3 areas i mentioned were fine last night as well.

Look, downdetector has people whining when they simply lose signal when they are out of range. You have to take that with a pinch of salt.

If you think thats bad with 3, have a look at o2! If that was to be believed, o2 would be down all day, everyday.

Out of the thousands of areas in the UK, a list of 15 having small issues for an hour or so is a drop in the ocean and what most networks have daily.

I think you should just walk away from this one.

It wasn't hundreds!!!!

You are taking this way out of context with a severe lack of understanding.

There was no global outage. There was NOT hundred of areas out.

If there was, it would have made the news like every other time a network has gone down. Guess what? It hasnt.

I've never once seen this amount of people complaining about Three UK before literally according to down detector there's been over 2000 reports.

Look at the stats from 26th ;- https://downdetector.co.uk/problems/...ems-at-3-three

Compared to the stats in the last 24 hours... Enough said. No it doesn't happen every single day. They didn't have signal because there was a outage in 'most' areas hence the spike in reports.

Also it's worth noting Three UK have posted and confirmed there's issues with the 3G services of their network ATM. So it's not just me even Three UK know about there's a problem.

Yeah, they are in SOME areas. Big deal. Here is o2 https://downdetector.co.uk/problems/o2

See? Every network has issues on a daily basis. Whats your point here?

Oh give up - Yes it is likely there are some problems there are every day - it does not effect the whole national network - let alone all its global roaming partners.

I have had no issues in South Wales, their facebook and twitter are quiet, no media coverage of an outage - This massive outage is all in your head.
