New EastEnders EP Vaslav has taken over the reigns at Elstree as the new Excuetive Producer of EastEnders.

'8 CHARACTERS TO LEAVE IN CAST CLEAR-OUT'

Eight Regular Characters are to leave EastEnders in a late Winter/early Spring clear out. The details of these characters will be revealed shortly.

I'm guessing: dexter, billy, fatboy, tosh and lee will be amount the axings

Abi, Alfie, Donna, Kim, Lee, Mo and Tosh will all exit Albert Square over the next few months it can be revealed. Actors Lorna Fitzgerald (Abi), Shane Richie (Alfie), Lisa Hammond (Donna), Tameka Empson (Kim), Danny-Boy Hatchard (Lee), Laila Morse (Mo) and Rebecca Sproggs (Tosh) have not had their contracts renewed.

The eight character to leave will be the Killer of Lucy Beale.

Khali Best (Dexter) and Ricky Norwood (FatBoy) have already been axed and will leave this month.

... what a massive surprise.

All we need now is for Billy to kill Lucy and for Cora's estranged family (who have links to Lola, obviously) to join and it's exactly the same as the fanfic you spout daily in the main forum.

As a EP one writes what they would like to see in the show like you did, why are you been critical before I have even begun it?

Axing three black characters and a disabled woman. That's not very diverse!

They are poor characters- they will be replaced.

I would like Stacey to become a lesbian please?

That will not be happening.

Perhaps an Asian family who open up a local takeaway.

And perhaps a family of racists? Could open up story opportunities.

Good ideas and The Arghee Barghee is empty still.

Can Stacey and Linda run to be MP's, like Peggy and Pat did? Or just make Stacey mayoress.

Perhaps Stacey can turn Johnny straight.

Sexuality is fluid after all.

Johnny will be remaining gay but there maybe a new romance on the horizon for him but it may not be with Ben.

Mick/Lauren affair :P

And Pam/Les' son could join.

Oh, and Stacey/Kush could get together :P

No plans for Mick to have an affair, Paul Coker is on my radar and we will be seeing a lot more of Kush but not with Stacey.

FIRST NEW CASTING ANNOUNCED

EP Vaslav has announced his first new casting.

Actor Nick Sidi will join the cast next month as Davood Kazemi, Davood is the Father of Bridge Street Market Trader Kush Kazemi (Davood Ghadami) - more to follow.

Like the idea of someone coming in for kush!

Nice choices of axing although I would have been good to see donna develop. Love that dexter is going almost straight away

There will be more on this but Kush has proved popular so I want to delve into his history and family.

I have decided to stop this now as I cannot afford to spend time creating a decent fanfic.

Let's enjoy the real thing instead.
