Hi, does anyone have any tips for achieving this? I have been dying my hair black for about a year now (my last dye was around 1-2 months ago) and my natural hair is a kind of gingery-brown. I'd like it if my hair was a dark purple/purpley plum kind of colour and so far, I'm considering these products: XXL Damson Wine & L'Oreal Plum

Can anyone recommend how best to do this and do I need to use bleach, etc? Or maybe you could recommend what product would be best to use on black hair to get that colour? Thanks for any help.

Quite honestly I'd go to a hairdresser to have it done. Once the colour's established you might be able to maintain it yourself, but I'm thinking that you'll need to have the black colour stripped.
