Maybe not a romance as such but I do think Frankie likes Kevin more than she lets on. Something about how she ribs him yet throws admiring looks when he is talking on ITT.

Not getting any vibes like that at all, I realise that people have had affair with their partners on SCD but I think people are imagining things other than the naked lust Iveta has for her Thaam

I don't think Frankie is after Kevin in that way, just that she admires him more than her ribbing of him would suggest.
