Yep...I'm working on a system to filter all the irony out of posts so I can understand where the "on-season" posters are coming from...
if you want the height of embarrassment, replay the final of BB5 where Davina McCall puts Jason down at every opportunity but sucks up to Nadia at every opportunity. Even Nadia's mum being there was fantastic! like who cares?.......

Maybe that was becuase Jason is a sexist, vain idiot and Nadia was obviously so happy and shocked that shed won that Davina wanted to look after her?
And shes only human anyway, shes allowed to have favourites.
Not that she was even showing any favouritism in the first place so I dunno what you're on...

Everyone deserves a decent interview, even when they only come second
Nadia looked utterly fake. Davina showed extreme favouritism and as a host of the show if she can't hide it she should be sacked.
What's so bad dabout Davina anyway.
I don't think the BB5 final was all that bad. Jasons' interview was bad cos of his arrogance and rudeness!

A number of people don't like Jason, that's fair enough....however he did come second and regardless of peoples subjective view of him he derserved better than a stitch up interview with a hostile interviewer.....

Agreed.
Jason`s behaviour both on the show (and since) prove him to be - IMHO - one of the most insecure, egoistical, narcissistic people on BB. But he still came second and deserved a much better interview than that conducted by
Davina. Lots of people voted for Jason (Gawd knows why!) and his fans deserved much better than the interview she conducted with him.

Dammed good point.Two of the biggest boo-boos was Tim and Adelle from BB3 but the interviews really gave them a chance to answer and get their POV across.That didn't exist in BB5.Of course Jason was a complete moron and failed to respond to Davina's taunting and went into rejection.So it was both their faults.
Yep, I'm not sayin Jason was 100% to blame but he did contribute to the reason it was a bad interview along with Davina. Still, shes a fantastic hostess!

Anyhow, thanks for livening the forum up a bit - certainly needs it at this time of year
I've always seen both points of view when it comes to our Davina - the good, the bad and the downright awful
Without doubt, BB5 was not her finest hour (Jasongate 
) - she's gotta keep a lid on her bias towards certain HM's this year (irritating to say the least).But I'm happy to give her one last shot at it - I do still think her heart's in it, if only she can control her gob!
But I'm more than willing to re-evaluate my opinion is she balls it up big time on BB6
I dont particularly have an opinion on Davina either way, but I'm not sure which current TV personality would be any better.
