Three pushing upgrades to new One Plan with Tethering Limit
Everything Goes
30-10-2014
Are Three actively pushing people off the old One Plan and on to the new version with Limited Tethering? I received a phone call from Three today offering me a very early upgrade (my contract expires in May 2015 but normal early upgrade is March 2015). They offered me the latest handset with a 25% discount. Im a very low data user (average 120MB including tethering which I rarely use). Obviously I said no as Im happy with my S4 and don't want an interim upgrade. Im sure someone mentioned Three would be doing this on another thread but I hardly consider myself to be a prime target as a high data user

i haven't received any calls but last month i was after i phone 6 plus and to upgrade early i had to pay £52 termination charge, the best they offered me was they reduced £52 to £46 and no monthly discount on new contract. I decided to keep as it is.May i know what deal they offered you ?

Early upgrade basically buying out the rest of my contract which has another 6 and a half months till it expires. Plus a 25% discount. Didn't ask about specific phones as there wasn't any that I wanted.
