For me I would like it to be Damien Rice - my favourite faded fantasy

As long as it's not something reduced to a twee, girly voice.

An incredibly bland cover of an already bland song.

The Cocteau twins 'Frosty the snowman'.

I vaguely recall it may have been used before, but doesn't matter ... it's beautiful and very, very Christmassy and joyeous. As far as I'm concerned it would make the perfect store ad Their 'Winter wonderland' too. although it's less ethereal

Actually Leona Lewis's "your hallelujah" would be great for the advert

Isn't it a bit depressing that this has become a thing now.

I would like to see a twee, girly version of Psychosocial by Slipknot.

Hear hear. Oh how I HATE that.

I vote for the Ad having that Bear from last year with all his woodland mates roaring down the country lanes on motorbikes to the peaceful strains of "The Boys Are Back In Town" - Thin Lizzy.

As a nod to the festive season they can all be wearing Christmas jumpers under their leathers.

Such a great group!

And what a change to hear the magnificent Elizabeth Fraser (I wish she would record some new material), singing proper lyrics.

I actually came in to post that.

I think they should do an original track this year, and Leona's Your Hallelujah is a beautiful Christmas song.

No doubt it will be something that comes across long winded and self indulgent.

That would be some nice exposure for her.

Oh I love that song. It wouldn't really fit for Christmas though.

She deserves the exposure and a good comeback, but why a song that was a smash hit a few years ago.
