I don't know why we're comparing Jake to Mark all the time, there are several other great dancers in that show. Jake is however 100% perfection, hes just become uninteresting in the past few weeks and needs to spice it up again, maybe give him more latin or another great jive

The cynic in me wonders if the judges are being told to knock him down. why? I don't know. Perhaps so it isn't a dead cert to everyone that he makes the final. I don't know how popular Jake is with the outside world, but he seems to always have top likes on FB and glowing comments. Reading Mark's, it's definitely more of a mixed bag....But then he has a Towie history to contend with, whereas Jake remains a dark horse, other than he is a devoted family man.”

Yes I'm hoping they're just being tough on Jake because they know he's popular and if he is a potential winner they don't want to make it look like he's a runaway winner if he gets to the finals. I really hope he's able to come back stronger - as I said before, most of the past winners have have had dips in their scores/performances in their series so I really don't think Jake has blown his chances as some people are trying to suggest.

But if the producers are knocking down Jake in order to big up Mark then I will be

I'd say Jake was the least cocky out of all of them.

AGreed, if anything I would say is too quiet and unassuming to win the whole thing and needs to show some more personality/ enthusiasm off the floor

I think he is enthusiastic, everyone is different - I don't think it should work against him, Louis Smith and Ramps were similar in personality and they still went on to win. I'd rather have someone a bit reserved and mysterious in their character than phoney OTT displays of emotion.

But if he suddenly started to be super fun now, then he would just get the 'fake' tag and that would be even worse.

I dont he needs to be super fun, but maybe show more how much he enjoys it off the floor.

Yep, I think he will win for sure, as it stands now. Unless someone else has a big breakthrough.

I wouldn't bet against Mark Wright yet.
